I ordered ahead and the food was available at the quoted time. The food was great but the customer service was lacking. The Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich is much more fresh than you would expect at a fast food restaurant.

Love this Arby’s in Hamburg. They’re extremely helpful and friendly not to mention fast! The store is super clean, and they’re incredibly generous when it comes to portions and coupon usage. They definitely make you feel like they want to feed you not just take your money.

I go into this store cause it’s close to work. Every time you go in there they have no ice in the machines. Then today I get my sliders and they are all smashed up into a ball. Staff there needs to be retrained or let go. They have no pride in there work and it shows

I know I asked for extra Gyro sauce… but this was ridiculous! Had I not asked for extra, I’d be lucky to find it, so I know this is definitely more than an extra portion size amount of sauce. Having cold curly fries did NOT help the situation, considering how long I sat at the window. I even bought in to the fund raiser… Now I remember why it’s been awhile since I ate here. Come on, Arby’s. Do better.

The service was fine the establishment was clean but the chicken tenders were some of the worst I have ever seen. How is I can stop at a little gas station and get huge juicy real chicken tenders for $6 with wedges. I stop at Arby’s and the combo is $11 and these are some of the worst chicken tenders I have ever seen. Should have called them chicken grissle wasn’t anything tender about them. My dog had trouble chewing them. On top of that they was small. It just blows my mind I got tenders from KFC a week ago and they were the same little tough tenders with hard breading. How can these little gas stations do so much better cheaper than a national chain like Arby’s.

I stopped by to try the fish sandwich. It was bigger than I thought it would be. I don’t eat tartar sauce, so my fish is plain, added tomatoes, and I use mustard on my fried fish. I tried the classic fish and not the spicy this go round. I also switched the bun for their onion bun.
