My boyfriend and I visited this location on Sunday December 28th at 5:30pm just wanting a quick and simple dinner. There wasn’t a staff member in sight. When staff did appear from the back, they turned around when seeing us. Which was just plain rude. We stood at the counter for 10+ minutes just waiting for our order to be taken until someone spotted us up front and alerted the rest of the shift. Everyone on shift emerged from the back (5 people).
The girl who took our order seemed annoyed that we were there. Post our order being delivered to our table, my sandwich was incorrect, so my boyfriend had to yell to the back to ask for some mayonnaise. I told him it was fine and it didn’t matter. Eventually someone came up front and we could ask for a side.
I’ve never once had an issue with this location, it just is really disappointing. We won’t be back.

The manager was very rude to a new employee. I came in at 10:41 on November 14th 2025. The cashier had a question and the manager replied in a snotty rude way, what do you want? They weren’t busy. And even if they were that is not how you treat employees. The manager seemed inconvenienced. The cashier was sweet. And just wants to know how to do her job correctly.

The food was excellent, well made and fresh. The service was prompt, polite, and the order was correct the first time. 4 stars instead of 5 though because the employees with long hair were not wearing hair nets. An easy fix if the owner decides to buy a box of them. I will return, this place is good and has the potential to be top-notch!

This Wendy’s is always so fast and reliable, every once and a while in their last hour they can be inconsistent with the food temperature, but I don’t blame them, they’re just trying to get through their work day. Overall, great service, super fast, always great food. And I’m on a weight lose journey, so their $2 off coupon in their app for their salads have helped me a ton. Keep it up Wendy’s! You’ve got my business

I used to be able to come here with my granddaughters. And they would get a burger and I would get a baked potato and not feel bad about it. They no longer have real butter and they use some sort of nasty cheese sauce on their potato. So if it was ever healthy, it’s not anymore.. The service was OK. There’s really just no good option for someone who’s trying to eat healthy at fast food places.

It’s Wendy’s, so you don’t come for the atmosphere, but for comfort food and quick bite to eat. Food is often inconsistent depending on the time you go, but again, it’s fast food and you don’t expect 5 star service or quality. The staff do their best and get the order correct most of the time.

Make sure you count your nuggets one time I got a four piece and got three yesterday I ordered a 10-piece and received nine. I’m not sure why they do not want to give out the correct number of nuggets however for your parents who orders nuggets for your kids please make sure you count them before you leave the window

Im really disappointed in this restaurant they always get my order wrong. I made sure this time that I called to let them know I wanted a PLAIN hamburger. I believe I spoke to the Manager and she assured me my order would be right this time. Well it was totally wrong. Im starving with no food! I could not eat what I received. I attached a picture of my plain burger. I called to let them know and the person at Wendys blamed the dasher for delivering the wrong order. I am attaching a copy of the receipt which was attached to the bag. This is additional proof that the DoorDash receipt was put on someone elses order. The person I talked to could care less if my food was wrong. Thanks to DoorDash for at least refunding my money!!
