Very disappointing experience for a vegetarian customer. They charged extra for every single item but didn’t even bother to put proper dressing or prepare the sandwich well. Poor value for money and careless service.

I went in to sit down with my kids the sandwiches were delicious Michelle and Jordan were very respectful, especially in the heat of rude customers, a women came in and was mean and who wasn’t even in there was harassing the boy to change his gloves when we watched him change them as he was talking to us because someone asked to use the bathroom

Honestly, if the franchise owners cared at all the first thing they’d do is replace the manager(big lady with glasses) she is lazy, rude, and completely clueless about how to run a store. She treats customers like they’re inconveniences. Every visit feels like you’re interrupting her personal snack time. If you’re craving a skimped out sandwich, this is your spot.

I came to this location and had such a bad experience that I won’t be coming back. The woman with glasses working here was incredibly rude she didn’t say hi, just snapped “What do you want?” and acted completely annoyed the entire time. She rolled her eyes while I was ordering and made me feel rushed and disrespected. If she hates her job that much, maybe she shouldn’t be in customer service. I’ve started avoiding this location completely because of how rude and unpleasant she is. I now go to the Prosperity location instead the staff there are kind, welcoming, and actually treat customers with respect. I even mentioned the rude experience to them, and they said the woman I described is the manager. Honestly, that’s unacceptable. No one should be treated that way by a manager or anyone else.

Last time I walked in the heavier lady with glasses said “oh my god bro” to us like she didn’t want to serve us. I’m not sure of her name but she is incredibly rude and seems to hate her life. I avoid this location just because of her. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Walked into this specific establishment for the lady at the front to be staring at me with a smug look. I told her my order she added very little of anything I was asking for. Then she overcharged me, charging 2 sandwiches that were the elite version when I got the basic. She also charged me twice for avocado. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to talk with the manager and my calls are being ignored. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Do not go to this location.
