Asked the employee what that was about, and the employee replied that I needed to ask for a code to be added to the order. I then asked for the code ‘STING’ to be added to the order, and he replied with ‘I can’t add it to your order. I’m sorry.’

In a rush, I ended up just paying for it and going on my day. Unimpressed with the helpfulness, but at least pizza is good.

So I ordered a delivery the 2 for 27. I was told it was 39 and change with delivery. One it was not a delivery driver it was a someone else. Two i got scammed it was less then the 39 and change i was told. The stickers were popped on my pizza boxes. The pizza was cold and disgusting. The guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional. They have lost all of my business. Careful if you do business here.

The kids wanted pizza, and we were over that way, but when we got the pizza, it was just flat dough with a little cheese and minimal toppings. When I asked for a little more sauce, the boy said no, so I asked for the manager. Instead of offering me the sauce, the manager took the original pizza, so they could eat it and said he had to make a new one. We waited another 15 minutes or so and then when this pizza came out, there was a little sauce, but hardly any cheese or toppings. When we brought it home, no one would eat it after a bite, because they wanted pizza,Not cardboard. What a disgusting, disappointment!

Talk about going above and beyond, Zachary took a mistake that was made by a DoorDash driver and turned it into a perfect night. Coming from someone in a wheelchair with limited resources, I am for sure grateful to him for helping me get my order! Thank you kind sir for your understanding and patience and professionalism. We ordered a delivery order from the Hungry Howies app, just as we have done for the past 4 years. The app quoted a 40 minute delivery time. An hour later I called the store and they said they no longer have delivery drivers, but are now using door dash. This was not mentioned on the app. They said my pizza would be on the way. Another hour passes and still no pizzas. When I called back, they told me I didn’t have a valid phone number for DoorDash. I canceled the order and had Jets pizza within the hour.

Didn’t believe the other reviews that they lose online orders, until I just walked out of their store after they lost an online order for one small pizza placed 40 minutes ago. Have the confirmation and location correct. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE. 50/50 shot they lose it. nice staff though. No complaints there! Just a systematic problem with online orders that turns future customers away.

I love this location! We had our son’s birthday party and preordered 9 pizzas for right when they open. Not only were the pizzas ready, but the staff was amazing! They were nice and placed everything in my vehicle for me. Also, the pies were delicious! They are doing it right and are a welcomed addition to Milford.
