I attended a Bridgerton-inspired tea party here recently for a birthday celebration. The ambiance and concept were really cute, and the tea selection, small bites, and desserts were genuinely good. Everything we tasted was fresh and nicely presented — perfect for a themed afternoon.
However, I do think customer service and overall hospitality could use improvement. There were some concerns surrounding how the private booking was handled and how the situation was addressed toward the end of the event. The overall experience felt inconsistent due to how certain matters were communicated.
With a space that has such a charming concept, elevated service would truly make the experience match the aesthetic. I hope they take feedback seriously because the potential is definitely there— but customer service needs to be priority

A beautiful cafe in the heart of Rockville Centre! Super nice people, excellent service, kind, sweet & gracious. The place is amazingly beautiful!!! The decor is absolutely lovely. I’d highly recommend this cafe for a girls get together or a birthday party.
The baked goods are all Freshly baked everyday, and made in house!

I had an amazing experience at this café and bakery! From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax, grab a coffee, and enjoy some baked treats. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and great food!

So my bro, my friend Kay, and I wanted to link up at a cafe in Long Island and get work done, vibe, and meet new people. This location was option 3, and for some reason, I wanted to come here. The interior looked great online, and I knew my friend Kay wanted to make new friends, so I alley-ooped by picking this one so she could make new girlfriends.
Long story short, the service was incredible, the food and conversations with the owner were deep, we met a social media influencer, Eden, who did a great review of the place…we made a lot of connections that share the same faith in God and are looking forward to building on the connections we established with them. Let these photos bless you, but we only scratched the surface of how great the presence of God was here, as well as the delicacies. Come Through!!!

Had a pleasant experience visiting The Pink Cafe & Bakery this weekend! I ordered an oatmilk vanilla matcha latte and their big biscoff cookie and oh my goodness — both were so delicious! I planned on saving half the cookie for later, but it didn’t make it after my first bite lol. The cafe is extremely clean and welcoming with friendly and patient staff. I took a few moments to decide on my order and they helped me in choosing and there were more than enough tables to cozy up and enjoy the atmosphere. The cafe lives up to its name, almost everything is pink and beautifully decorated (including the restrooms)! Definitely recommend checking them out if you have the chance. 10/10

The vibe is unapologetically pink and perfectly curated. It’s a cozy, intimate space, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. Just a heads-up: seating is quite limited, so you might have to wait a moment for a spot, but the decor makes every corner a photo op.
Calling the pastries “beautiful” is an understatement. They look like pieces of art, and more importantly, they taste as good as they look ,flaky, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Yum! Often, places this pretty skimp on the flavor, but the drinks here are top tier. Whether you’re getting a signature latte or a specialty tea, the quality is evident.

My name is Andrew I work at Verizon in RVC i had the pleaseure of having a baby shower there for my coworker, everyone there was so nice and accommodating, we have a wonderfull time, the staff made sure we were good and guest of honor was happy and comfortable. The owner made to amazing cakes and severd specialty drinks that was a big hit, not to mention biscoff cokkies, WOW, they were to die for, it was a great night mostly because of friends cake and good vibes, this beautiful place was just perfect for our event. I send my customers there everyday for coffee and a sweet treat while we work on their phones, They are truly the talk of the town of the town. big shout to the owners and staff the made it all possible.

Great atmosphere and love the decor. However, very limited menu and the matcha was very watery and the coffee was also watery. The donuts were good but I asked for a biscoff cookie and they gave me a cupcake and didn’t realize until I got home. I don’t think I will be returning.
