The quality of ingredients are superb. The rosemary Parmesan bread is so delicious and buttery. I do wish they ask if you want anything else on the Philly cheese steak. I always forget to add extra ingredients to the sandwich because they make it and wrap it super fast That’s my sons favorite #43. The customer service was beautiful. Everyone was super sweet and friendly! Glad they are in Villa Rica!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit at this location on Saturday 2/28, and I can confidently say I will never return. My fiancé and I intended to enjoy a relaxing lunch in the restaurant, but our experience was far from enjoyable.

Despite having four employees on staff, only two seemed capable of handling the work. Your team was clearly overwhelmed with online orders, forcing significant delays for in-person customers. After placing and paying for our order (including a tip!), we were left waiting as other customers who arrived after us received their food. The simple fact that five other in-person customers were served before us is completely unacceptable.

The primary issue was that I ordered a gluten-free sandwich. Instead of handling it efficiently as other Jersey Mike’s locations have done, I was essentially pushed to the back of the line. It was clear as day that the employees were clueless about how to prepare a gluten-free order. Instead of seeking assistance, not just one but two employees found the situation amusing by laughing and giggling while we continued our wait. When our sandwiches finally arrived, we were forced to take them to go due to the excessive wait time.

In addition, the quality of the sandwiches did not justify the $40 we spent on lunch. Overall, the service was horrible, the staff was incompetent, and the value was pathetic. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this location and make the drive to the Douglasville or Bremen location.

Placed order online at 645pm. App said ready by
715pm. Showed up at 715pm. Left with my food (2 subs) at 810pm. I watched 5 walk ins come in and leave with food before they finally got to my order. My Italian sub had no salami or pepperoni. No tomatoes on either sub and a metric ton of mayo on the other sub. This is the second strike. Will not be coming back. A 20 minute drive and you can order from several other jersey mikes.

Mobile ordered at 12:37. Walked in at 12:55. Not ready. At 1:25, with several people in line, I loudly asked if they had even started my sandwich. I watched several people walk in, order and get their sandwiches made right then. All I received was attitude because I brought it up in front of everyone. Instead of taking ownership of the situation, apologizing for the delay and making my sandwich asap, she issued me a refund and yelled out the obligatory “have a blessed day” and “Jesus loves you.” Oh yeah, the receipt states I didnt want to wait. I had been waiting 50 mins. Disappointed in the actions of the manager. Never had this problem before at this location or any Jersey Mike’s.

Tried Jersey Mike’s for my very first time! I got the sub in a bowl. Good concept….kids working there, not at ALL ready to make it. No idea how to chop lettuce, where to place food in bowl, etc. Two people working 5 people in line. They need a little more help or training. The bowl was good overall and I would get it again. I think they just need some help and more training for those kids expected to run it. Tables were all filthy and we opted for the least dirty to sit at. Probably should have taken it home with us. Maybe we will try again but not anytime soon.

Thank you for the disappointment. Management has set these employees up to fail, poor kids. Packed with 3 people working. 40 minute wait after ordering online after the 15 minute drive. 3 subs with extra meat, extra meat was not provided. $67 for 3 subs. We will take our business back to the Douglasville location. They always do it properly and we get what we pay for. Owner, find a new manager. If you’re the manager, find a new occupation. When my Father in-law owned 3 Wendy’s in the franchise, he was always there to assist during rush hours. U don’t care about ur business or your customers, only the money. That’s the quickest way to fail. Your location has now been boycotted. Goodbye

My daughter and I went in tonight. Service was quick and the girl that helped us was very sweet. The manager on duty was nice to us so no complaints there however, I did not appreciate how he was treating an obviously new employee who clearly just needed a little help understanding what it was he was asking him to do. This teen was doing what he thought was the right thing, only to be treated poorly when he clearly misunderstood directions. The manager said to the girl helping us “I’m about to send him home” and she saw the look on my face as I watched feeling awful for this poor kid who was just doing what he thought he should. She apologized to me multiple times for his behavior and we left. I so badly wanted to say something to him while I was in there but really didn’t want to make the situation worse for that kid. To the manager- Do better. Treat people better. There was no excuse for you to have that tone with him and make him feel so small the way you did. That kind of belittling treatment leaves marks on people and makes them feel uncomfortable working under you. To the owner- please make sure ALL employees are being treated with kindness, life is hard enough as it is man. Our jobs don’t need to be too.

We ordered wheat bread for both sandwiches, both the bread was hard as if it were old. I couldn’t eat all mine. Called to make sure the bread is made daily and was told yes, and that there was no manager on duty. I feel like you have to know the bread is hard while fixing the sandwiches . NEVER had hard bread in douglasville.
