I ordered for my first time and got free nuggets and the spicy sandwich which was nice. Combo meal the fries were OK the nuggets were also OK the spicy chicken sandwich was like a wet piece of rubber that was left lying on the road. I ate the bun and tossed the rubber. Overall it could’ve been better but at least the nuggets and fries were ok. 2/5

This is a brand new Wendy’s. The place is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the service was excellent. My burger was perfect. The manager and the cashier were really friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. I will go back there again.

This Wendy’s in Castaic is one of the cleanest fast-food places I’ve visited. The restaurant is always well-kept, and the service is quick and friendly. The food comes out fresh and tastes amazing every time. Great spot to stop for a meal—definitely recommend!

Pulled up to Wendy’s excited that there’s a location for castaic residents, with my “free frosty with purchase” card, and it wasn’t received. I was told I needed a ‘keychain’ despite being told my card was valid by other locations in Santa Clarita.
I also faced HORRIBLE customer service, and the manager at this location was completely UNHELPFULL. I do not think this location is operated well. Food was also very below par compared to other locations. Do NOT go to this location. It’s a last-ditch stop before the grapevine, and it operates as such.

Terrible Service – Refused Refund Even With Receipt
I had an awful experience here that I feel others should know about. We sat up front for about 10 minutes waiting for our order, only to be told it had already been bagged and sitting there. When we got home and opened the bag, everything in the order was wrong. Not just one item—the entire order.
We went back right away with the food and our receipt to ask for a refund. The young female manager on duty was shockingly rude and outright refused to give us a refund, despite the clear mistake and proof of purchase. No apology, no accountability—just attitude.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to make it right when a customer comes back with the receipt and the wrong food is just bad business. I won’t be going back, and I recommend you think twice before spending your money here.
