Came in this morning and had mixed feelings right out of the gate. Wait time for drinks was actually fine — about 3 minutes for three drinks, no complaints there.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly ended. The green tea was… confusing. After letting it steep for 15 minutes, it somehow still tasted like plain hot water, with a lovely fishy aftertaste that absolutely should not exist in tea.

Food took a solid 25 minutes for a very simple breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. It had almost zero flavor — which is impressive considering it was an everything bagel — though I will give credit where it’s due: the protein portion was very generous.

The Lotus and Americano were both very tasty and had no issues at all, so clearly some things are being done right.

Tried swapping the green tea for a matcha, hoping for redemption. Instead, it was extremely milky, artificial-tasting, and somehow managed to have an even stronger fishy aftertaste than the tea.

Overall: decent drink speed, good coffee, but the tea/matcha situation needs serious help, and waiting nearly half an hour for a bland breakfast sandwich is hard to justify.

I ordered a hot oatmilk latte, and it was made perfectly! Loved the smooth mircofoam. The atmosphere was very chill, which I liked. I will be back!

Lady is super friendly. Asked if i was still doing the bicycle riding group. Said i am and that her friend just bought a bike. Put my bike in the entry and enjoyed a chai tea. Free water for bicyclers and runners. Williston bicycle club.

I’ve tried multiple drinks and none of it compares to other coffee shop options in town. Stingey with flavors. I stopped trying to get coffee and just stick with zingers, those usually turn out as expected. My toddler likes the playground in the church so I really only buy from there out of convenience. Staff is not very friendly unless they know you personally.

My favorite coffee in Williston!! You can tell they value the quality of their coffee and all of their menu items (honey lavender latte is my personal fav). Staff is very friendly—just all around a great place to visit.

I’ve ordered from Young Bucks for about 2 years. In the last month or so it’s gone down hill. I ordered the Meadow with bacon about 20 minutes ago and what i received was moldy and no bacon. There goes a $10 bagel. I usually order a caramel frap. And what has been coming to me is one filled with chocolate syrup. Which I’m allergic to. Written on the glass says “sorry out of caramel”. Again there goes $8.

I’m extremely disappointed. I loved Young bucks so so much. But this morning for my order was disgusting. Thankfully it smelled bad, so I didn’t even try to take a bite.

Love Young Bucks! Louise has put so much time and Attention in to detail at her cafe and it shows in her customer service and Products! Everything we’ve tried (which is ALOT ) has been high quality and fresh! Coffee is amazing, love that the smoothies are made with REAL fruit, not fruit syrups or processed powders. Sandwiches and salads feel homemade and even the water is purified with reverse osmosis system. A great environment to hang out. Always looking forward to going back!
