I 100% Recommend coming here to get ice cream because they have so many options and different treats. I also really recommend their chicken tenders for lunch! I also say you should get their mobile app it’s so easy to rack up points for free ice cream and food. We didn’t catch her name sadly ,but the girl who took our order and brought our food to us was out of this world with her service!!! I just know we came on the 6th around 4-5.

I 100% recommend stopping by this place for ice cream — it’s seriously amazing! They have such a huge variety of flavors and fun treats that it’s almost impossible to choose just one. Whether you’re craving something classic or want to try something new, they definitely have you covered.

And don’t sleep on their lunch options either! Their chicken tenders are absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside . It was the perfect combo with our sweet treats.

I also highly suggest downloading their mobile app ✨. It’s super easy to use, and you can quickly earn points toward free ice cream and food, which is always a win!

Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the name of the girl who took our order and brought out our food, but her service was truly out of this world . She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. We stopped by on the 6th around 4–5 PM, and whoever was working then deserves a big shoutout!

I grew up here and went to this location so much during high school, and it’s sad how bad it has gotten. My husband and I got a large Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard, and it was not a great experience.

1. It took several minutes for them to even start our order, through the drive thru at 10:00 pm.

2. It took a long time to be made.

3. They did not fill the blizzard up to the top.

4. They did not flip it upside down, and their reasoning was because of the strawberries, which we had never ever heard of and we’ve gotten this blizzard before.

5. The ice cream was like soft served ice cream, not what a blizzard should be like, and it was just pure graham crackers with a little bit of strawberries and cheesecake bites.

6. Halfway through, I got a whole peanut and my husband got one at the end. This blizzard should not have any peanuts! This is dangerous for allergy reasons and a choking hazard.

This location has definitely gone down hill the last several years, and this might be one of the last times we go there. Just so sad because it used to be so good!

This is by far the worst location for Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Two of the three times we have been, they are out of several ingredients for key menu items. This time we got blizzards, which were poorly mixed and not filled up all the way. For a good treat in Jerome, drive down to Arctic Circle. They do a much better job, are faster and friendlier too.

Ordered three blizzards cist $20 dollars and all of them were soup. When the person turned it over some of the ice cream fell out. Very disappointing. Almost embarrassing. Will not be going there any more for ice cream

Jerome Dairy Queen really needs to step up there game. For starts when the temperature of the restraunt is almost the same as outside during winter time you should really think about upping it. Cooking by the grills might be nice but when your customers are freezing their butt’s off that’s just sad. I ordered food and blizzards and got the food relatively fast but it took forever to get the blizzards. I had to go up and remind them. When they brought the blizzards one was melted and they barely tipped it sideways and handed it to me. If I’m paying $7 for ice cream you better be able to hold that thing upside down for a minute! The people at the counter couldn’t be bothered to pay you any attention. Stood there waiting and had several employees just walk by without even acknowledging me. Truly a sad experience.

This was a wild DQ experience. My family comes to this location every year and usually it is normal. However, my family was shocked at the heat in this location. The AC was obviously broken on the already hot summer day. The poor employees have to work over hot stoves all day with no knowledge on when the AC will be fixed. And still, under all of those conditions, the AMAZING employees brought out a fan they had in the kitchen to the dining area for us guests. The fan was the only thing keeping the workers cool but their selfless attitudes made the experience 10x better. SO DISAPPOINTED in the owner for not fixing the AC ASAP. Employee treatment is horrid and sad to see. Shout out to all employees but especially the employee named Brayden. He did the most for guest’s enjoyment.

Im a big fan of DQ, yet this location was a huge letdown. I thought it would be faster to go in and get my order. That was definitely not the case. I waited 23 minutes to get 4 LG plain vanilla cones and 1 banana split. Then having an employee tell us they needed to let the icecream harden because it was too soft. This was after all the drive through people got their ice cream. Then a door dash order came in with 2 LG blizards that were made after they told us the machine needed time. Like I get that the ice cream needs time to set but making orders that came in after ours is ridiculous. I am not impressed with this location and will not be going back any time soon.

I loved Kayla’s service she was very sweet she helped understand what I didn’t understand and she looked so stressed after I was done eating my food there was lady who came in and was acting like Karen and kayla kept apologizing and it made me feel bad that she had to deal with that today so they should give her a raise because she was dealing with so much today I gave her a tip it was much but she said it made her day and I asked if she needed a hug and she said yes so I gave her a hug she seemed a little better and she even told me they were hiring and she would love if I worked with her because she said” There not many people like you who are sweet so I would be great if u worked with me” and the food was amazing as ever thank you DQ and thank you so much kayla hope to see u again soon you so sweet you don’t deserve to have mean customers like the Karen that came in to today and argued with you also DQ please show kayla my review she needs to see it and once she reads it please let me know.

I do not like giving out bad reviews but this was just not it I went today at 5:10 and the lady was so rude when I got my cash back looked like she wanted to throw it at me I got a basket and my tenders are dry and my friend are stale.
