I give it 1 star because the new app is awful. This restaurant is great. We have never had a problem. However subway screwed up when they changed the app. No more coupons and the took my $2 rewards I had left on top of it. It was much better to use a coupon like buy a footlong get one for a $1. I don’t always want a footlong but my husband does so I earn nothing and his goes twords a free sub. This was not designed to be customer friendly. You really need to take a better look at the meas you made.

Generally, they only staff a single employee, so the lines can get long at times if they get slammed, but the employees are generally friendly and helpful. Twice now, I’ve had to wait while the single employee takes bread off the rack and loads it into the breadbox, which seems like a job that could be done on a lull between customers, but I guess it takes precedence?

I have to say Subway has really fallen down from what it used to offer. And I could be fine with it for years, but I’m just at the point where it’s too much when you take away the original flatbread, switch over to skimpy tortillas, takeaway buffalo sauce, takeaway jalapenos, and leave the absolute bare bones of a sandwich add a now overpriced margin.
There’s nothing that sets apart Subway anymore from any other sandwich place you could get locally. And Subway doesn’t even contend with major chains anymore.
I will not be back I will take my business somewhere else, or just make a sandwich in my own house, I know it will taste better and won’t be frozen food marketed off as “fresh.” Ha!

The subway in Sturgeon Bay, normally courteous service, good food, but these online orders and the way they work them there is ridiculous !!! standing in line for more than 40 minutes and not being addressed, except for the one guy Who is working the line! At at the counter, and the other one sitting on his butt watching him work!Tells me that he has to do online orders before he can assist anybody that’s standing in line in person to get their food so I stand in line and watch him make a bunch of sandwiches for online people that are not even there yet for 40 minutes. That is a little ridiculous and whoever owns that subway should have a talk with his workers. Unacceptable. and this has happened several times tonight was the last straw!!!!!!!!!

This has got to be one of the best subway locations I’ve been too! Quick with service, always friendly! Never skimps on on anything you ask for. We come here often for a quick meal!

Last Thursday I ordered online 2 sandwiches in 2 different orders and they switched up the bread. The receipt was correct but the sandwiches were all mixed up. Again this Thursday(today) we tried once again. And once again they messed up our bread switching them. Won’t be trying them any more.

Had door dash deliver the sub. Took one bite and my first thought was do they use different ingredients for door dash like I’ve noticed with other places. They must because the sub had no flavor. I literally just threw away a foot long because it tasted like soggy cardboard

I can sum my sandwich up in 1 word…..SKIMPY! I was able to roll my foot long sub into a burrito, maybe 1.5″ diameter. Now I know why you changed from being able to see your sandwich being made to this. What a disappointing experience!

They have a great choice of subs and types of breads you can have. They also have wraps and salads too. You get the choice of vegtables and dressing s you would like on the sub.
