Ordered 3 for 7, the burgers tasted funky and cold, the chicken sandwich came ice cold and in 3 pieces?? There was no one in the drive thru and maybe a few people inside. I understand it’s only 7 dollars but it was absolutely garbage! This Burger King is a complete failure! I’ve lived in Crystal Lake for over 10 years and hate going to this Burger King, it’s garbage, they should close this one down, Lake in the Hills is a much better location.

Paid for 3 large hash browns and received three half hash browns with nothing at the bottom of the bag. Not cooked all the way either. Pictured here is $9 worth of soggy hash browns. Ridiculous!!

False advertising!!! I ordered my son the crabby patty meal for his birthday and they had no milkshake, or the cake. No nuggets just the burger and fries and the food was cold. $12 for basically just a burger drink and fries.

I came here on Friday, November 28, 2025 while I was in that part of Crystal Lake and it was really positive for my first time there. It was a slow lunch time on Black Friday and the employees were really positive and nice. You could tell how happy they were when the regulars arrived periodically. The food was good and I was even given a free coupon by one of their regulars which was sweet. (Written 12-6-25)

Burger King you should be ashamed she is verbally abusive to her employees and customers as well, I understand the job can be stressful but I overheard her call a gentleman working with her a stupid slow idiot then she was laughing about the Spanish person in front of me in line after he left to get his drink mocking his Spanish. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least. Food was gross anyways mozzarella sticks are stale and the chicken sandwich was soggy

Some of us can only afford even fast food every once in a while, so when I get it I would like it to not be disgusting. Not the case with this place. The hash browns were twice cooked and stale as hell and the burrito felt new but somehow also old, I wonder if they gave us reheated food that someone didn’t grab because this is inedible. If I wasn’t on my way to a hospital I would have gone back and complained. But I bet these guys get that all the time.

I was very disappointed at this location and the workers who were working a few days ago. I came to this location later in the day. Me and my boyfriend just wanted a snack to snack on so we got their jalapeño cheddar bites. They say they had to make more that if we can pull up to the side and wait we waited 10 minutes for A 20 piece 10 in each bag. We didn’t mind because they would be Fresh so we thought the first bag was fine. My boyfriend had an all his I was letting mine cool down because I thought they were fresh. When I went to get take a bite, they were hard as can be uneditable. I was very upset because why was I told that they were gonna be fresh and waited 10 minutes for a 20 piece of jalapeño bites. If they had touched a single one of the old ones They would tell that it was an edible and hard and they should’ve thrown those away but instead, they served it too me. . I work at a deli even I know that Something has been sitting there too long to throw it out and make fresh ones..

Mediocre and subpar at best. We have been here numerous times. There is always a general manager screaming in the back, food is always missing or cold, and is always different. Just tried the cheesy melts today… bread not toasted at all, and the chicken fries are half the size??? Doesn’t make sense and not worse what was spent on it

I was there Friday night on the 24th to be exact. Jessica took my order in drive thru and she was so helpful. I then pulled up to the window and she was so full of life and happy. She asked my kids if they wanted a crown and that put the biggest smiles on their faces. I will be coming back and I hope she is there to greet me again.
