This DQ saved the day. My daughter has gotten a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake for her birthday the last few years and when we went to a different location to place the order, their “cake person” wasn’t available so the order was cancelled. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE LOCUST GROVE DQ. We didn’t even know this location existed, but we’ll be returning to this one from now on. Cake was perfect. Daughter was happy, so I was happy.

Food over cooked and no sauce for hard onion rings. Drive thru staff rude and impatient. Plus would not provide requested receipt. Said driver had to drive to go to front and come inside when receipt should have been given. Forgot to give drinks. Rushing us off and slammed window with attitude when requesting drinks, napkins, ketchup. It was like pulling teeth for simple customer service for food paid for. I will let the no bags go. Just passed food individually by hand. Unsanitary.

I mainly go to DQ for the chicken and queso, however this store seem to never have it!!!! That’s the only reason i go to DQ!!!! Queso!!! Order it!!! They aren’t even using there DQ boxes anymore either. Every time I go it’s the same 2 people and they are nice but clearly don’t care about the customer. The coke I got tastes stale as well, food tastes good tho, would be better with the queso tho!!!!!!!

I ordered two blizzards on the mobile app and they took 20-30 minutes just to give it to me… Then on top of it they wouldn’t give me my money for the order, and they wouldn’t even make the order even though I showed them the receipt for the order.

I am very unimpressed by this location being drive through only. I refuse to get any food items that are not prepackaged from a drive through only. There is no way to see how clean and well kept a restaurant is. Let me be clear I have no idea of the condition as from the attached pictures you see it’s drive through only.
