I ordered a sandwich, not a charcoal experiment. The bread was so burnt I thought Dunkin had launched a new “Campfire” menu. One bite and all I tasted was regret and carbon. For the price I paid, I expected food—not something that looks like it survived a house fire. Super disappointed, especially since Dunkin is usually reliable. If you’re going to burn it this badly, at least warn people or include a fire extinguisher. “Normally love Dunkin. Today? Not so much. Burnt, inedible, and a waste of money.” Please have a manager explain how this was okay.”

I only go to this location because it’s near my house (I’ve been going here for about 3 years) but I don’t even like walking in there, i simply can’t take it anymore after today.
There’s a specific worker there who has never and i mean ever been nice, she’s always been rude or given an attitude about anything and everything even if it’s simply taking my order. i even try to order on mobile so I don’t have to talk to her but the order always gets messed up and she somehow is the only one available to talk to about it. I saw her be rude to some girl today, we both glared to each other after her response, clearly showing it wasn’t just me who thought she was rude.
Everyone else is sweet, it’s just that one lady.

I can understand if you’re in a rush, it’s busy, you had a bad day- but she just is NEVER nice no matter the time or how busy it is.

Just a warning, it’s the brown skin lady with tattoos and usually a high bun with glasses.

I’ll never visit this Dunkin’ again. I usually go to the one off 301 and always have a great experience, but this location was terrible. The drive-thru worker was rude and listening to music, and my drink tasted nothing like it normally does—it was disgusting. When I called, the assistant manager was rude as well. Even though she offered to remake the drink, I won’t be returning due to the staff’s attitude.

I asked for four pumps of vanilla bean they give me four pumps of vanilla syrup if you don’t have vanilla bean. Let me know so I don’t have to to go back inside and complain because you put vanilla syrup and I want the vanilla bean. It’s not the same.

Whoever the woman is that works the drive-thru window is absolutely disgraceful and a very unpleasant person to encounter in the morning. If you are unhappy, please find something else to do that does not involve you dealing with customers first thing in the morning.
I witnessed her a while back get very loud, obnoxious and swearing at employees while customers were waiting in line.
Never going back as long as she is there!!!!

My pastries were stale. They were made at least 24 hours before I bought them. I bought a cake donut, chocolate donut, Bavarian cream and strawberry filled pastries. All 4 were stale. I eat Dunkin donuts regularly at a different location and was in town for a few days. This was really disappointing. The store was cluttered feeling and the employee who waited on me acted like she had somewhere else to be and I was interrupting whatever she had going on…

Not the best DD I have been to. The store did not have the three flavors my partner likes, or the holiday flavors. The staff person who helped me was friendly, and made a good ice coffee. The store is relatively small and has a Baskin Robbins inside. It was late, so the donut offerings were slim, so I can’t knock them for that. The store seems newer, so maybe some growing pains with stock availability.

I ordered a large frozen Matcha. I am Autistic and I can only stomach frozen drinks or cold drinks with little to no ice (ice cubes are very very unpleasant for me, can’t explain it). I pulled up to the window and the very rude older blonde lady who I guess is the manager was there unfortunately. I’ve encountered her a few times and each time she’s spoken RUDELY to her employees and customers and gaslights customers for her own mistakes “you didn’t order that”. After waiting for a while, she grabbed my drink which was made wrong, with the whole cup full of ice cubes, a tiny bit of matcha sitting on the bottom, and the rest filled with milk. She opened the window and then closed it, realizing it was supposed to be frozen, disappearing for a minute, and came back to hand me an only partially frozen, mostly ice cubes mess with matcha mostly still stuck to the bottom of the cup. Again, acting so annoyed that she has to be there that I wasn’t comfortable saying anything. I had to go home and filter the ice cubes out, and now I have barely anything left to drink. Pure laziness and bad customer service. But it often is there.
