Counter personnel took interest in my order, answering all my questions. Another employee later stopped by my table andn asked if I wanted a refill.
I ate in restaurant, clean and tidy, including the restrooms.

Did an online order through the app and was able to save 20%. Bonus! Order was ready on time. For a $12 salad, the portions are average. I remember when McAlister’s salads were HUGE! Tasty, as expected. Nothing fancy, but I wasn’t expecting that.

This McAlister’s location redeemed themselves today. The last time we came here we were not satisfied with our meals. The store manager ended up making it right with us. We came in today and had a great meal. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave us the portions we come to expect at McAlister’s today. Check out the salad pictures. Sweet tea, as always was spot on. They never miss on that! We will continue to come back again to this location after todays great meal.

Only customer in line took 27 minutes and counting for a bowl of chili. Only 3 ppl at tables. The worst part was the girl at the counter. She was very smart and rude. Like she hates her job and customers.

Waited an hour and 25 minutes for our food today. We haven’t eaten here in over a year after a string of multiple major order mistakes in the past. We came in for lunch with my mother-in-law who was visiting hoping to have a positive experience. Her food came wrong after waiting over an hour, when they corrected it after another 20 minute wait it had a huge hair in it and wrong dressing. My husbands potato came with no cheese, no sour cream and they were all out of butter. My daughters Mac & Cheese was cold. This place is run by a bunch young high school students and no management or owner in site. Sad. This is a great restaurant that Spring Hill needs but sadly we won’t we back unless this gets a new owner. I wouldn’t recommend.

My first time here the sandwich had about one inch thickness of meat. It was great for $13. Now they only put two slices of meat for the same price with drink. I don’t think it’s right. I will not be keep coming anymore.

Baked potato was so over done you could only eat the inside. Fruit bowl was sad and a hair was on my plate. Tables aren’t cleaned properly. There is a sticky black gross film around the tables

I asked the girls at the desk how the chili was, they said it was good if you like beans in it then mix it with the vegiterian. I did, it was straight out of a Hormel can for sure, greasy and not what I expected. Went to my truck and ate a banana, SAD diner.

Came in around 4PM on a Monday. I ordered the Memphian. Which has Turkey, Black forest ham, roast beef and spicy mustard on a baguette. Here’s the deal…the sandwich was big, but just seemed thrown together and tasted like it sat around for 20 minutes before it was served. No real distinct flavors. Speaking of flavor, I had to slice up the pickle spear that came with my meal to add to my potato salad just to add some flavor. I guess I just expected more.
