Fit Fab Food cake pops do not last in our studio!!! Members can’t get enough of them. They are always shocked to see how much protein is packed into these little bites, without the artificial sugars and additives.
Every new flavor that FFF comes up with is delicious, and they are the perfect, well-earned reward after a good workout.

I’ve been getting cake pops every month for almost 2 years now. I’m obsessed with them, esp. the red velvet ones.
The reason I get them is because it’s an easy way to add 9 more grams of protein to my daily intake plus they are portion controlled (which I need…I love dessert!) I have one every day after lunch. I pick them up in batch monthly (or more often) from a nearby pick-up point which I select when I place the order.
I freeze them and take a couple out every couple days. They are also great to have on hand when you have guests — they are beautiful, and everyone loves them!

We were so eager to try Rachel’s baked goods as gluten-free and low sugar couple that I drove 30 minutes back to the beach to native sun food market today (it was a perfect excuse to see the water again) but we tried the honey lavender cake pops, cookies and cream cake pops, and the carrot cake! I love these cake pops as a guilt-free tasty mid-afternoon snack. Or even after dinner. It’s when my sweet tooth hits and these are absolutely great for then. I love the Cookies and Cream and anything with lemon or citrus. I tried the Mexican Chocolate the other day – that bite at the end – wow! Great texture, nothing protein-powder about it – not in texture or taste – just a delicious cake pop!

The absolute best macro-friendly treats I’ve tried! I will always go to Rachel for my cake pop and whoopie pie needs. Not only are the treats delicious, have great macros with low sugar & a wide variety of flavors, Rachel and Chris are just the sweetest people. You would never know that these are supposed to be healthy if you didn’t know! The treats are stocked around town and you can always find them at the local beaches farmers market. If you can’t find them in person it is so quick and easy to purchase online too!

Their specialty is cake pops with about 6 standing flavors and 1-2 seasonal flavors per month. They are packaged as 2 in a bag and are the perfect amount of guilt free sweet that you need!
They also have whoopie pies that are delicious too.
Their packages average about 200 calories, 20 grams of protein and less than ~ 5 sugars.
They deliver to local gyms and coffee spots around town, for no fee. They are also sometimes at markets too.
Please give them a try! You will not be disappointed 🙂

These cake pops are out of this world! So good that I ordered 200 for a New Years party- huge hit with all of my health conscious friends! No funky protein powder taste- just delish! Highly recommend. And, they drop off at plenty of locations- we usually get ours at Degree Wellness!
