The waitress staff was wonderful. The decor and overall lighting was dark making it a bit difficult to see. The food was ok. My husband loved the beef medallions. My lasagna was kind of salty. The fudge cake was good, but small. We had a decent experience all in all.

1st time trying Amore. It was a pretty good Italian restaurant. The steak I had was very tender and flavorful. The asparagus was good. My wife had lasagna. She said it was good. Our daughter had spaghetti she liked it.

What a hidden gem tucked in a tiney strip mall. The server was on point, he knew his specials, he was able to offer recommendations and delivered out meal and appetizer with perfect timing. The specials were very good and the pasta was fantastic. Because the price was hight (worth every penny) it is not something we can eat all the time but this is a wonderful special occasion location. The atmosphere is quiet and romantic, however there were tvs on the wall showing sporting games…they seemed a little out of place.

Always go there for my birthday, and other occasions, and we have never been disappointed. Al’s a fantastic chef who gives every meal his personal attention.
Staff is very courteus and attentive.
Such quality dining is well worth the money.

Went here last night for the first time and both the wife and I were blown away by how much we loved it. The interior is wonderful, the ambiance was great and even the music volume was just perfect as background noise. Our server, Meadow I believe was her name, was wonderful, prompt, and perfectly balanced being attentive but not overbearing. It would have been a good experience with just that but then the food came out and blew us away. I highly recommend the Beef Medallions, Caesar Salad, and Chicken Florentine; but honestly that’s because that’s all we could eat. I’m sure if we had more to eat we’d be recommending that as well! Do yourself a favor and set up a reservation here because you’ll need to try the food at your soon to be new favorite restaurant ASAP.

My friend and I came in for dinner and appetizers. After ordering two drinks and two appetizers with the waitress continuing to ask what we were wanting to order for our main course, we asked for a few additional minutes. The host then came over to the table and told us they had a reservation for 630 and we needed to hurry up Or move to the bar. I have never been pressured to hurry up and order and get out of a more than half empty restaurant my entire life. Especially after only having sat for 30 minutes. The food is mediocre at best and again I can’t say much for the lack of customer service. Instead of ordering a main course, we just asked for our checks paid up and left. Won’t be back. Completely taken aback by this experience.

Came here from KY to watch a movie at Phoenix New Albany 16, and wanted some Italian. Boy, I was seriously impressed! Love that this is a family business pretty much! Wanna shout out Tinya and Iree, they came over and just introduced themselves, a lovely mother daughter duo, made me and my mom feel right at home. Dorian was an amazing server, he knows his hospitality service. Andy took great care of us at the front and has such a bright smile. Lastly, Helen was floating and she ended up taking some plates and talking to us, she’s so personable! My biggest compliments to (I can’t quite remember her name who made and garnished our salads) but huge compliments to you, we have been to MANY restaurants, haven’t seen a better looking salad that what I did today. Also, WHOA. A two man chef crew! Kudos to y’all! The food was great and that bread! Happy I have leftovers to much on at home! Thank y’all for being so sweet to my mom and for the cake for her birthday! Love the music selections and the art work, this place is so cozy! Also a plus, the bathroom was CLEAN. I will be back the next time I’m in Indiana!

Had reserved a Valentines Eve meal about a week in advance. Upon arrival to the restaurant, the hostess explained that she did not see our res. The owner came over and looked for a few second and could not find it either. Rather than turn us away, they made room for a table. Good food, but the customer service is what impressed me the most.

I had a wonderful pre-New Year’s dinner where the Chef’s creativity really shined with the specials. I ended up choosing the New Zealand venison special over the Eggplant Parmigiana, and the cherry demi-glace was the perfect touch. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. Dorian, our steward, was fantastic; his knowledge of wine is impressive, and it’s clear he’ll be an excellent sommelier. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We dined here with an early reservation time of 5:30. We arrived at 5:20 and were seated immediately. The server appeared very quickly and took our drink orders. We ordered an appetizer of shrimp cocktail which was very tasty. The waiter came back quickly to take the dinner orders. We had made our choices so we placed our order. The food came quickly. Everyone in our party of 4 was enjoyed the food. The salmon was very rare for my taste. I asked for a box to take it home. We had dessert and then paid the bill. I felt rushed though the whole meal. At 6:40 we were advised that there were other people waiting for their reservation so we left. I think 1 hour and 10 minutes is an unfair amount of time to enjoy a meal, especially whenn it was over $200 of food. I will not go back here again because of this.
