Walked in to order and staff were having arguments in front of a line of people. Everyone working behind the counter was unfriendly and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. A female staff was walking around doing nothing but talking to a guy who wasn’t an employee. She left garbage cans out and was going back and forth between those and the register. Every single table was dirty! The floors had food debris everywhere. Hopefully we don’t get sick!

If I could give more than five stars, I would — all because of Carmel at the Chipotlane window.

Carmel is hands down the BEST part of my Chipotle runs. Every single time I pull up, she’s already got my order ready, accurate, and on time like clockwork. It’s honestly impressive. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.

But what really stands out is her attitude. Carmel always greets me with a genuine smile and positive energy that instantly makes my day better. Even when it’s busy, she stays calm, friendly, and professional. That kind of consistency is rare.

Great service isn’t just about getting food fast — it’s about how you make people feel. Carmel makes customers feel appreciated. She represents Chipotle in the best way possible.

If management sees this: Carmel deserves recognition. She’s a star employee and the definition of top-tier customer service.

10/10 experience every time because of her.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Extremely poor service. I ordered two tacos and was given an unreasonably small amount of rice, literally the tip of the spoon, while other toppings were added generously. When I calmly asked for more rice, the request was refused. During this interaction, the employees were giggling, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The only person that was sweet was the young man on cashier upfront, very professional.

There was also clear inconsistency with the store’s opening hours. We were told the location opens at 11:00 AM, yet the door signage states 10:45 AM. To add to the confusion, I observed another customer exiting the store around 10:40 AM with their order.

This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, consistency, and basic customer service. I expect better from Chipotle and hope this location addresses these issues.

This location is great for pick-up orders and they have a nice large seating area as well. It’s a fairly new building so everything looks great. The area it’s located in is a pretty high traffic area so depending on the day and time, it might get a bit crowded. The workers overall seem a bit inexperienced and I did sense they were annoyed at me asking questions, but nothing too bad. They definitely don’t seem understaffed so there may be some training or morale issues. I came for the food and it’s good =) They also have great teas and drink options! Chipotle is the best.

Ordered food for my family and asked for a small water for my kids. When I check in the cup, I found all of these dead flies/insects. When I brought the cup in all they could offer my was a clean cup and not even apologize for the lack of cleanliness or care for customer service. Definitely disappointed and will not only not be coming back here, but tell everyone I know not to come to this chipotle. There’s a reason why it has 2.6 stars.

ROGER MONTEJO DO BETTER!

I recently visited your Chipotle location and had an extremely disappointing experience that I feel compelled to report. I went in to order a kids’ bowl for my friend’s son. Since I had never ordered one before, I politely asked the employee how it worked. He told me I could choose three sides. I specifically asked if guacamole could be one of them, and he said yes.

I selected rice, chicken, and guacamole. At the register, my total came to $9.00, even though your online menu showed the kids’ meal at $5.70. I asked why and was told guacamole is extra. I calmly explained that I had asked about guacamole earlier and was told it was included.

At this point, the manager, Roger Montejo, came over. Without making eye contact or putting his phone down, he simply said, “It’s extra.” His tone was dismissive, and he offered no apology or clarification. I decided to leave without completing the purchase. As I turned back to confirm the manager’s name, I witnessed him and his employees laughing at me.

This was not just poor service — it was humiliating. A manager should model professionalism and use moments like this to train staff, not mock customers. Instead, I was embarrassed in front of other guests and left feeling disrespected.

I strongly believe this behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your brand. I’m requesting that Chipotle address this incident seriously. A manager who dismisses a customer, stays on his phone, and laughs at guests with his team is not representing your company’s values

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle. I simply asked for extra rice on my taco, and the employee told me I would have to purchase a whole side of rice. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations over the years and have never been told extra rice costs extra — I understand charging for additional meat or guac, but rice?

What made the situation worse was the attitude. While I was at the counter, several employees in the back were giggling and laughing, which made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable to feel like you’re being laughed at for asking a basic request.

Chipotle has always been known for reasonable portions and good customer service, but this visit did not reflect that. Policies are one thing — but how they’re communicated and the way customers are treated matters just as much.

On January 14th, my father placed a mobile order for 3 bowls. The staff put the 3 bowls all in one bag which made it extremely heavy, and on top of that, sauce was leaking out of the bowls onto the bottom of the bag causing it to rip open when my dad got out of the car. The bag tore open and all 3 bowls were all over the driveway. Upon returning to the restaurant, my dad asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and treated him like it was an inconvenience to have to deal with him. Not only did she remake our order wrong, (she did not put guac he paid extra for and there was hardly any carnita meat in the bowl), she shoved the bag across the counter and walked away when my dad said thank you. Whoever the manager was on duty at around 5pm that day, absolutely lacks compassion and professionalism. My dad had a long day at work and didn’t deserve any of this. We get it, mistakes happen, but to drive all the way back just to get treated the way he did after what happened, is beyond unacceptable. This establishment needs to hire management that can be an example for their staff, not be part of the problem.

I went to this location a couple of months ago and had a very dissapointing expereince. The workers were extremely rude and had an “I don’t want to be here” attitude with me. This one woman who was making my bowl seemed annoyed that I was making a big order for me and my family. When I asked for different toppings on my bowl, she was rolling her eyes and seemed very annoyed with the fact that she had to I don’t know… do her job?? I had to repeatedly tell her I wanted certain toppings on my bowls because she was actively ignoring me and pretending she didn’t hear me. I asked for Fajita veggies (I think that’s what it’s called) and she subtly slammed the spoon in the leftover fajita bowl made an unkind facial expression and said in a very annoyed tone, “There’s no more,” before scooping out whatever was left and putting it in one of my orders. I did not have a welcoming expereince at this location at all. There’s only maybe three people (out of all the employees) who were kind to me when I went back after that expereince. Everyone else who works there is rude, unprofessional, and has no sesne of decency. Do not come to this location. Customer Service is horrible. If I was coorprate, I’d shut this location down and send those 3 or so people who are actually kind to work a different location.

I usually order uber eats pick up from here and I swear there’s always an issue, the past TWO times I didn’t get the guacamole I paid extra for and also chips. It was drive through & I came back the second time around to request my missed items and the staff saw me at the window and completely ignored me for at least 5 minutes while they were all laughing and talking amongst themselves. Totally terrible service. Surely there must be some sort of protocol with uber eats and the staff of this chipotle if an Item is out of stock or missing?After seeing all the validating reviews of other negative experiences I certainly won’t be ordering here again
