First time to this restaurant, wanted to try the food out especially since there were some good comments. We entered and were greeted from a distance by a waitperson to sit wherever we wanted. They soon brought menus, silverware and took our drink order and later returned to take our food order. We had two different waiters bring our drinks, condiments and food. We had 3 different sauce cups brought to us; we asked what they were for, the waiter told us but we had a hard time understanding him. The food was good, my husband liked the chicken and noodles pho and I got something similar to a bun with shrimp and stir fried vegetables with very little and subtle flavor. I was told one of the sauce cups was to be poured into the dish. The vegetable rolls were hardly filled and somewhat greasy.

Bruce Lee once said, “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” This restaurant has mastered one kick: pho.
The menu is straightforward, pho with various types of meat, some spring rolls, etc. No need to complicate things with excessive amounts of dishes straying from the core foods.
This broth is flavorful, the meat’s tender, noodles are slurpy. That’s all there is to say. It’s good food. In other words, it’s pho-nomenal.
I think it’s fitting to end this review with another quote, this time from The Terminator, “I’ll be back”.

After moving from Dallas a year ago, I’ve finally found my go-to pho spot! The tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce were delicious. The sticky rice and chicken dish was so good that it was nearly devoured before I even had a chance to try it. And the Vietnamese coffee? An ideal mix of bold bitterness and smooth sweetness.

The pho broth flavor was delicious, it didn’t need any sauces to be added, when a pho is good, there is no need to add more.
I enjoyed the beef balls, they were so delicious, i was mostly amazed by the broth both taste and smell.
The restaurant was clean and it looked nice inside, the staff was friendly and attentive.
The prices here however are a bit on the high side, but overall a great place to eat.

Pho broth was sweet tasted alot of cinnamon. Egg rolls were delicious and salad served was super fresh. Not my cup of soup. My humble opinion. In all fairness I didn’t have anything else. Waitress was friendly and helpful.

Staff was super attentive, but pho broth was sweet for some reason. Spring rolls were super good!! And a side note: The beef had a weird taste. Service and side dishes were the best part.

I’ve had pho all over the US and asia (including Vietnam), this is *very* good and authentic. Its not easy making a broth with this much flavor, the fact that it’s available in the valley is a luxury

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, i can’t stop coming here and eating the vermicelli with pork. The pho is also delicious and well made. Love it!

Good chow but OMGOSH.. Expensive isn’t even the best word to use. A flight to might be cheaper.. We were on this end of the Valley and I do enjoy Pho and eggrolls.. Pho Houston piles on the flavor and the portions are large enough to bring a few eggrolls home to the casa. Super friendly service with a smile. The food comes out fast, hot and full of Asian flavor. For being in the Valley, it’s pretty good stuff.. I’d do it again if we’re in the McAllen area..
Plotted..Scouts Out.
