February 2025 – This location has been updated to include seating which is a nice touch. Upon arrival a worker was cleaning the outside door and when entered it was immaculate!! That definitely helps you feel better about ordering your lunch. The see through fridge with all of the food products was super neat & clean, no messy drops or spills, I was IMPRESSED. My turkey sandwich was made the way I like it. The drink counter where you get your drink was super clean as well. Shout out to the franchise owner and/or workers who clearly take pride in their establishment. Is definitely frequent this location if they keep up this level of cleanliness.

I really would have given them 5 stars on behalf of the food being done & delivered in a timely manner , however my food was incorrect . I placed an order through my subway app which I do all the time from the dogwood location & have no problems . However today I get my food & instantly notice there is no mayonnaise or honey mustard on my sandwich. I give them a call just to let them know hey , my sandwich was missing the mayo, they never acknowledged me they just said hello & put the phone down. I’m actually still on the line hoping someone will eventually pick it up so that we can discuss why my sandwich wasn’t made correctly

I did not like this location. I made an order through the app & it charged me for the order. But in the app it never completed or finalized my order for pickup yet it still charged me. So upon arrriving to the location I let the team member know what happened & she was of no help. She was rude & tried to make it seem as though I was lying even though I showed proof that it did in deed charge me. I understand people lie all the time, but you can’t assume that everyone is lying. I was showing actual proof that it charged me but the lady didn’t care. & when I asked for the manager, she tried to act like she didn’t know what I was saying. Luckily I can dispute this charge with my bank.
I will not be using the app & will not be going to this location ever again. I prefer the location on 6900 Dogwood rd anyways.

The worker charged me extra for a slice of cheese when she only gave me two to begin with .. and they don’t make the white macadamia nut cookies right, they were hard and stale or made with the wrong batter .. I get those cookies all the time from other locations but this time they were awful. Very disappointed

The 2 ladies working in the restaurant 2/16/2023 are nasty and disrespect customers. The shorter heavy set lady throws around customers food and has poor customer relationship training. The other lady allows the heavyset lady to do and say what she wants to customers. These ladies disrespect customers by talking about them in a foreign language and poorly preparing their food.
I miss the previous owners. The bread and food was always fresh and presented in a nice way. These new owners use old lettuce bad tomatoes, and sloppily throw sandwiches together. I asked for more onions and geap of onions was thrown on my sandwich. I asked the lady to label my subs with American cheese and provolone cheese. This nasty lady looked at me like I was crazy and failed to finish wrapping my sandwich. She threw it in my bag unwrapped. VERY NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL FOREIGN LADY.
DON’T get food there. They are hateful and clearly have a problem with certain races of people. The food is poorly handled.

The staff here are friendly and courteous, and the place is clean and organized.
We’ve had subs here and had party platters, they went out of their way to make sure we had extra condiments,etc.

No “courtesy cups” at this Subway location for tap water because, according to the owner, too many people have stolen from him? So, folks now steal tap water and little plastic cups from that Subway location? Maybe, because this Subway is inside a Walmart?
