The service wasn’t so bad, but they asked my family to go ahead and wait for a Carmel Frappe we had ordered and never gave it to us. The chicken nuggets were not good and my brothers Big Mac had multiple strands of hair. Horrible Mcdonald’s i do not recommend going here.

This one is different and they have taken deliberate steps to keep the druggies out. I feel bad for them that the city won’t do it’s job to keep citizens safe so the McDonald’s has installed magnetic locks on its bathroom that they engage to let you in. They had to do this because drug out people were coming in to use the bathroom and causing problems. Once the stoned realized they couldn’t use the bathroom they moved on to harass some other business. Addiction suck but by making their drug use easier, you are only keeping them trapped and hurting the rest of us. Good job Mickey D’Souza Oh and they have the steak egg and cheese bagel!!!!!

Conveniently the ice cream machine is “Down”, “Out of order” the last few days where people can redeem the Monopoly rewards! Watch on Monday, the ice cream machine will be magically fixed, after the offer has expired. Ridiculous…They’re lazy, pathetic!

Something is always missing or made wrong/horribly. Staff does not care. Even ordering a simple meal on the app ahead will not help them get anything correct. Only option in town late night and no matter how many chances you give the place it will let you down every time. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

I think they want to close. I’ve been to this McDonald’s out of desperation and always dread having to go. Gloucester has nothing open late so I have to come here and every single time it’s terrible. Like every item is just the worst. Worst fries worst burgers worst everything. I don’t know what’s going on over there but I’ve never been more frustrated with a McDonald’s. Just figure it out??? I’m tried to post a picture of how absolutely disgusting this mcchicken is but I can’t. Just covered in mayo completely and totallly -7 stars

Mcdonald’s on Maplewood Ave is awful. The people there are very rude to the customers. Always making mistakes on the orders and they laugh at you when you go back and get to change the order. Very very rude

We ordered 5 meals with 5 drinks and 4 fries. We received 4 meals and 5 drinks despite repeating it multiple times at the order box and again at the window. After checking the bag, they refused to give us the last sandwich. I’ll never stop here again.
