I just want to give an employee shoutout to Jenaya(sorry if spelled wrong). I come to this location almost daily and get the same drink every day! All staff is very friendly, but JeNaya is the only one that has ever acknowledged me by name and the only one that makes my drink consistently perfect every time. Thank you so much JeNaya for making this world a better place with your beautiful spirit

Service was great. The girl at the window was kind and the people behind her too, but the drink was bad. I ordered a hot chocolate, a pup cup, a cheese danish and a birthday cake pop. The food and pup cup were fine but the hot chocolate was terrible. It tasted like hot water. No chocolate, just water. I paid 12 bucks for it and that’s what I get. Awful. I expected a lot

This is the second time I’ve gotten the lavender oat milk matcha and the cold foam at the top is mixed in with the drink and it tastes really nasty. I tried telling the Barista I’ve had this drink before and it never sinks to the bottom and that it looks weird and everything but she said they can’t replicate how the photo looks, that it was just for show, and how it’s really supposed to look like. I’ve been to different Starbucks and gotten the same drink and it doesn’t look or taste like this one i’ve gotten here. Usually this place is really good but lately not so much.

Service is okay here. Have given this location multiple tries and it’s ridiculous to wait 15 plus minutes for a drink. I’ve work as a barista and I understand it can be very busy. But with that many people making drinks, orders should not take that long for one thing

I recently went through the drive-thru to pick up my coffee, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The lid was not secured properly, and as a result, the hot coffee spilled onto my thigh, causing a serious burn. What surprised me even more was that the staff member at the window did not offer an apology or show any concern.
This incident was not only painful but also disappointing from a customer service standpoint. I believe Starbucks management needs to place more emphasis on staff training—both in ensuring drinks are handed over safely and in handling such situations with basic empathy and courtesy.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve safety and customer experience for others in the future.

I just moved to the area and this Starbucks has alway given me the perfect drink with great service. Today I had a rough morning and stopped for something really quick and someone drew on my cup. It was the smallest little pick-me-up. Thank you for spreading joy!

5 cups of Starbucks, at 5 locations in 2 states. Threw all 5 in the trash after 1 sip. Whatever they’ve changed, apparently Nationwide, it’s for the worst. At $4 per cup it ought to taste at least as good as Folgers.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my classmate and I recently had at one of your stores. As nursing students, we often visit Starbucks not only for the great drinks but also because it’s usually a welcoming place where we can focus and study.
However, during our recent visit, we were approached at our table by a Starbucks employee who told us we had to purchase a drink in order to stay. While we understand store policies, the way this message was delivered was unnecessarily rude and abrupt. What the employee didn’t realize—or take the time to find out—was that we were in the process of ordering our drinks using the mobile app.
Before we even had a chance to complete our order, we were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, as if we were doing something wrong. The interaction lacked courtesy and professionalism, which really surprised us coming from a brand known for its customer experience.
We hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity for training and improving customer communication. A little patience and kindness go a long way, especially for students like us who already have full plates and visit Starbucks not only for coffee, but for a safe space to unwind and focus.
Thank you for taking the time to hear our concern. We truly enjoy Starbucks and hope to continue having more positive experiences in the future. I don’t plan on returning to this Starbucks.

Ordered a Venti Mocha Frappe with 2 shots. I had it delivered via UberEats. It had ZERO Espresso Shots! I pay for delivery and 2 extra Shots to have the incorrect drink that I can’t drink. I’m out delivery and the drink cost. Then I call the store and No Answer!!! I’m a frequent customer and this level of service is inexcusable!
