Every time I come to this particular Dunkin! My food is cold or order is wrong! I only came to this location 2 times and it need help! Customer service is horrible! Very dry and transactional. No a great start to my morning! Will never come back and will tell everyone I know not to patronize at this location! Gross

I suppose I am due for an updated review since the name on Google has changed. Unfortunately they may have changed it from Baskin Robbin to Dunkin’ but this location is still a mess. They are still always out of something on arrival leaving patronizing this location a crap shoot. Like literally basic items too, i.e.: milk, rainbow sorbet, glazed donuts, etc. Some days the workers seem to care, others they don’t. Overall just avoid the havoc and be thankful you can no longer visit their even worse sister store location that was just before Five Mile on Telegraph where Savvy Sliders now occupies.

I went to this Dunkin because it’s the only Dunkin in my way to office and I went to this Dunkin couple of times and THEY GAVE ME WRONG ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME,I Ordered hot mocha coffee asked her twice for the confirmation at drive tru and she gave me some sugary drink with island shot and the way the lady cashier talks is ridiculous and rude.

The drive thru line was long on a Sunday morning. We were in line for like 20 minutes including the waiting for the sandwiches after ordering them. The bacon, egg and cheese croissants were so delicious, worth the wait!

I love their drinks. But they dont always get it right. All I want is light ice . And for some reason I never get light nice. They dont know how to make the special drinks you can find online. But the staff is kind.

UPDATED REVIEW: I’ve been a loyal customer and come here daily, but the service lately has been extremely disappointing. On one occasion, after patiently waiting for everyone else to be served and leave, I simply asked a question and the manager (a Black man) responded with rudeness—offering me a donut as if that somehow made it better. No apology, no acknowledgment. Seriously?!
Because of that experience, I started going to the Michigan Ave location instead.
UPDATE: I decided to give this location another try today. I went inside and ordered two drinks. There were five employees working, yet they prioritized every drive-thru customer before me. When I asked about it, they blamed the delay on my drink being iced—yet I watched them make multiple iced drinks for drive-thru orders before touching mine.
I will not be spending another dime at this location. The girls in the drive-thru are sweet, but the service inside is consistently disrespectful and slow.

Asked for less ice, they filled our coffee to the brim even though I know they aren’t required to. The doughnuts were soft and delish!!

I love coming to this dunkin a lot!! I come here for all of my chai or iced matcha latte runs. However I can’t say I had the best experience here today. So I came here today with my mother and this woman wearing a black hijab took our order. When I ordered the new chocolate covered strawberry refresher she looked at me like I was an alien that spoke a foreign language- ♀️ So I finished ordering what I wanted and she seemed very upset when it came to making me and my mother’s drinks. It appeared that she had something better to do. I had ordered a brownie batter donut and she kind of tossed the donut at me with a slightly annoyed look on her face. There was no “here’s your donut” or anything! I said thank you to her and she just went on without replying. Don’t get me wrong, I di not expect to be treated like a princess everywhere I go, but when I order something, I do expect the tiniest bit of kindness. I love dunkins drinks and desserts, but the mean and annoyed attitudes rubbed me the wrong way. ♀️

Worst Dunkin ever. Extremely slow service, only thrrr cars in front of me yet waited 20 min to enter my order. Then had to pull to side of building in the way of drive thru line and wait an additional twenty min . Sub par food and it was cold. So glad I don’t live near this location. They shouldn’t continue taking orders whej they are this backed up

My donut was really fresh and coffee was ok but the lady always wants to keep my change at this location. Whether it’s a penny or 35 cents I would like it back, she just puts the money in the drawer and doesn’t give small change unless I ask for it.
