The crew here is amazing! We ordered our food from a stall (because we’re not the inconsiderate types that order food in the drive through, and if that applies to you ♀️, Do better. Anyways, I digress). I got a sausage toaster and tots with a vanilla coke. The hubs got a chicken sandwich and tots with a diet dr pepper. No photos of his food because he eats like a hoover and it was gone quickly. When we ordered, the person taking our order told us that they make the chicken sandwiches fresh so it’ll be about 5 minutes. Okie dokey, that’s cool. A few minutes later she comes out and apologizes profusely because the person making the chicken sandwich accidentally dropped it on the ground and they had to start over. She was very sweet about it and gave us a coupon for our next visit. They didn’t have to do that and they did. Excellent customer service. Our food was hot and delicious. Well worth the wait. I am impressed! This is a smaller sonic than most.

Pretty good for fast food. Haven’t had any problems with the food since ive been ordering at this location. I had ordered delivery, they didn’t have something I requested so they had compensated me with a free item coupon

Truth was our order taker & our server. He is very courteous & very respectful. Super kind & super sweet.

Our server came out to our car to complain to us about multiple orders and then she told us that “we didn’t even tip” (on our $1.30 drinks). Another time, the exact same server came out and complained that we only did the round up tip (.50 cents, which is why more than 20% on a $1.30 drink) and that we shouldn’t even tip if it was that small of an amount. Never going back to this sonic because of how Ive been treated by her, everyone else was lovely.

But *the manager needs to attend to the machines customers use for ordering, if it is experiencing technical difficulties then put a sign up so customers can go to one that works.
* ALWAYS have cup carriers in stock. (I had 6 drinks to carry plus my bag of food, hearing that you don’t have cup carriers was a downer)
* When a customer request NO TOMATO be respectful and DON’T add two slices. (There is a possibility a customer is allergic to something and request it to be subtracted *just saying)

I have never had to spit my food out because it was that nasty until today. All our food was over cooked and tasted stale. The tots were nasty burnt and stale, chicken strips near burnt, buns were burnt. We spent $20 and couldnt eat it our food. I knew I should have checked our food before I left.

This is my last time going to the Sonic on Boulevard. When the Manger left it started going down. The food quality has changed and rude comments when checking on an order. I was checking because of App issues. I refuse to go back. I can spend my money in a place that appreciates my business.
