SALTY!! 24’ pizza: Not the best quality of cheese to give it that true NY taste. The crust was super thin, not NY style (maybe have a friend from NY bring you down some water), and the sauce was bland. I’m from NY and this was not what I was expecting from a “NY pizzeria.” Service was “whateva.”
Paid $4 for 1/2 pep and 1/2 extra cheese .. definitely not extra cheese… paid $32 total
Lastly, the slices were not cut all the way so we had a heavy of a time separating the slices …

You definitely get an Authentic NY attitude…
The stromboli was not good at all. I have never thrown something away so quickly. I will say that the pizza was good, it was a nice thin and crispy crust, it passed the fold test, and I thought it was a good price for the size of it. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, I told the girl at the front that I had placed an order online. She was not in a good mood at all, and you could tell. I then waited over 10 minutes without anyone saying anything to me, and her doing everything but grabbing our food, even though it was done. Not a great experience. If you are coming for a good pizza, I recommend them, but don’t expect warm and welcoming service.

This is the closest you’ll get to a New York pizza without going to NY.
I usually go in and order a pie but I get a couple of slices to eat there while I wait. It takes the same amount of time to cook a pie as for me to eat two slices I guess, because as soon as I take my last bite, they come out with the whole pizza!
I like the slices there because you get more crisp and crunch since it didn’t sit in the box.
The sauce and cheese are very tasty. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Their common reply to the poor customer reviews is always the same ole line if u look here u’ll see. Give a poor review and it’s always ohh, we couldn’t find you in our data base, be sure ur calling the right one, bla bla bla…truly they used to be good. Used to get mushroom burger and frys for us, but the burgers look like McDonalds now, they used to be nice thick patties that filled up the roundness of the big buns..they were big, now they are so flat and skimmpy..waa teally dissappinted with our burgers. Plus, the counter girls treat u like their doing you a favor to wait on you…never going their again..prices jacked up and too me they’ve gone downhill..thin pizza like piece of paper…yup this is the right place.. Sals, right past the catholic high-school on Princess Anne. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Had the opportunity to chat with the owner & cashier of this location earlier. They are very nice people and made sure I was receiving their best work. After explaining the terrible experience I had at the other sals on Princess Anne, he told me how they had took the sals ny slice name and is trying to copy their entire business. Such a shame! 4676 Princess Anne rd is the real one to go to! Thank you for the amazing service and taking care of your customers!

We were VERY disappointed with the overall flavor and size of the pizza. Pizza was paper thin and tasted like frozen pizza from walmart!!! We absolutely threw it in the trash! A complete waste of $50. We really love the Sal’s at 5604 Princess Ann and thought we were ordering from there. Make sure you get the right store!!!!!
