Parking can be somewhat difficult since the lot is shared with In-N-Out, which gets busy quickly, especially during peak hours. I almost always order ahead, so the wait time is reasonable and pickup is smooth.
The ambiance is just okay. It is casual and functional, nothing special. The cashiers are fine, not overly friendly but not rude, and service is straightforward.

The cashier was so sweet…. BUT the food was a complete 0/10 . Rice is so easy to cook but they missed the mark , the Mac Salad no flavor , the protein no flavor AT ALL, I had teriyaki chicken and Katsu (fried chicken breast). I wouldn’t eat here again at all. I’ve had Hawaiian food before so I know it could be better. But the portion size was incredible , they def give a lot. A lot of tasteless food lol.

Came here for a late lunch and ordered thr katsu bowl ($8.95+tax) and the bbq traditional combo ($15.45+tax) – pretty good value for the price! The katsu was fried quite well for a fast food place – crispy outside, and not too dry inside. The sauce that came with it was tasty as well. The bbq combo had one kalbi rib, 3 pieces of bbq chicken and several large slices of thin beef- everything was seasoned thoroughly. The thin beef was a little dry, but still tasted pretty decent. There was rice and macaroni salad and some lettuce on the side as well. This is a great meatlover’s dish!

There are many Hawaiian bbq branches in the Bay Area, but this one stands out the most. Excellent service, clean bathroom. Nicely mixed macaroni salad, and crispy yet tender chicken katsu. Good portion for the price. A must try if you are in the area.

Great value for the price. The ribs, fish and shrimp were well seasoned. The fried items were still crunchy after a 20 mins trip back to the hotel. I wish the mac salad had a bit more of garlic flavor.

The lady talk fast seems know everything. I ordered chicken katsu and beef. But she gave me chicken barbecue and beef. Very poor customer service. Food and price is great but the cashier has an attitude..

I ordered the combo Katsu chicken with short ribs that came with rice and macaroni salad. Good portions and flavor, definitely recommend this spot especially if you are catching a flight!

I was impressed because the service was excellent. The cashier took my order and offered suggestions and ideas and provided guidance for the area. I can’t recall when I left a fast food place and they said “Thank you” come back again.
