Wanted to try this restaurant out. The atmosphere was great, nicely decorated. However, the chairs are a little uncomfortable for a large person, like me. The service was excellent, very attentive and offering recommendations when asked. The fried chicken was very flavorful and crispy. The mushroom and Swiss cheese burger was good but very small, like a Whataburger junior size. I expected a little bigger for $15. The fries were seasoned very well. They had alcohol drinks for sale, I recommend the beers. They were very nice in offering samples of three different flavors of margaritas and daiquiri but I could not taste the liquor; it was too sweet.

The chicken sandwhich is perfect sized for the price, deliciously crispy, flavorful and served with a generous portion of perfectly crispy fries. Basically the same price as chic fil a but absolutely blows them out of the water. I also had Dads Mushroom burger and the flavor was incredible! Great value for what youre paying and the patty was perfectly cooked. They didnt cook all the moisture out of it like EVERY other burger spot around. I ALSO had the mozzerella sticks, and I was most surprised by that. 10 bucks for 3 HUGE chunks of fried cheese that holds a candle to all of the best fried cheeses around. So proud to see caseys go from a little did truck parked outside a doctor’s office, to a FULL FLEDGED brick and mortar restaurant in probably the most traffic heavy area in that part of McAllen. Great work guys

Casey’s does NOT disappoint! The burgers are fantastic! Whether you’re looking for a great appetizer, delicious chicken sandwich, or outstanding fried chicken, Casey’s has you covered! They are expanding their menu to include salads, which look amazing! They have a bar and tvs to watch all your favorite sports. Go check them out!

This was so delicious!!! I cannot brag enough on how delicious, savory, and huge that chicken was, and that only lasted 15 minutes on my plate. The music was great and Casey’s company was the best! Taking a box of chicken home with me for sure.

This place has been open a few months. The waitress staff was very attentive. The fried cheese was great as was the Chicken, fries, and Onion Rings. Definitely deserves a return to try other stuff.

The greatest burgers in town, you will be hooked once you try Casey’s burgers and more, great fried mushrooms, crispy fries, fried chicken is so good. The customer service from the staff is very courteous and professional, there are 2 dollar lone stars specials to watch the fights and football games. You will not be dissatisfied, go check it out now!!!

I highly recommend this spot. The staff are super friendly, and the lunch special is a great value.
I tried the Bacon Cheeseburger. To be honest, it was nothing to write home about. Don’t get me wrong, it was good, and considering the special, I’m completely satisfied.
I also tried a fried chicken drum and, let me tell you, that was the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Tried this place with my 6‑year‑old, and we left absolutely certain of one thing: it just wasn’t good.
The kids’ cheeseburger aimed for a Mexican‑style twist but landed closer to a bargain‑bin mystery patty, complete with an aftertaste that lingered way longer than it should’ve.
I ordered the Davey Crockett chicken sandwich, which somehow managed to be both flavorless and soaking wet — like the chicken took a full bath before hitting the bun. No amount of coleslaw, mustard, or ketchup could give it a pulse.
No fountain drinks, only bottles. The seating? Wendy’s feels like premium lounge furniture compared to this. For the price, the quality just didn’t show up.
If you want good chicken, Starlight Burgers in McAllen or Edinburg is in a completely different league.
The only real positive here was the friendly staff… though I’ve heard mixed things about management (not my words).
Overall: overpriced, underwhelming, and not a place we’ll be returning to.

Was really looking forward to eating a nice burger last Friday night. That didn’t happen. My burger didn’t really have taste. No seasoning, no real flavor. The place has a nice feel to it and their menu is pretty vast. As much as the place is set up to have a good vibe, the energy lacked.
