Always long wait times, multiple cars at a time. Never have the chicken always trying to offer something other than what you ordered. Save yourself the trouble, go to Hardee’s for breakfast and anywhere else for lunch. Just all around a crap place to try and get food, EVEN for a fast food joint. I’ve been given biscuits both pieces broken in multiple pieces. Tomatoes look and smell rotten.

Went here because like you, I was craving the CRUNCH of a delicious fried chicken thigh. First off they left the drive through to an AI to take your order. SO ANNOYING! Id I’m much rather wait a couple minutes for a human to be ready than having to pause after every word so that toaster can understand me. God forbid if I change my mind while I’m ordering. Crazy what these companies do in the name of profit. The worker at the window was very chill and I have no problems with the personnel as they’re just following company standards but remember this. PEOPLE DONT LIKE A ROBOT TAKING THEYRE ODER! You might as well put a tablet there . As I got home I was hoping the food was at least decent but the chicken doesn’t have enough seasoning. I think Kroger or food Lion would have a better frief chicken than this and for half the price. Left disappointed and by the end of the day I promised my wallet would never spend another penny on this location.

The food usually comes out okay, but that is not the issue. Every time I have tried to come here for the drive through the AI order machine will not work and no one will hop on their mike to take my order. This is the 3rd time I’ve now had to go inside after wasting time at the drive through. Save yourself your time and find somewhere that will want to take your order the first time.

The AI bot they have taking people orders interrupts and messes the orders up, then the staff gets annoyed that the orders are wrong. It is a lazy and not customer service friendly. Would be significantly happier if a human took my order cause they could actually get it right.

The employees do not value the customers time. It took over 15 minutes to have my order taken and I was the only one waiting in line. After another 10 minutes of waiting I finally asked if the two biscuits sitting waiting were mine to which the employee replied “no”. She then helped two other customers followed by putting the two biscuits I inquired about in a bag and handing them to me as if I was causing her an inconvenience.

First time going to this Bojangles location during lunch. I waited on my food for 25 minutes and had three other people order and leave before my order was completed. A girl was infront of me and asked the females behind the counter for any biscuit because she just had to get back to class. The food was great but took forever and there wasn’t any coordination on the front counter. The females upfront did not seem to have any motivation at all and seemed lost.

Went around lunch time 6/25/33 , ordered a 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with coleslaw as well as a biscuit for the other person with me. The lady who rang us up she was wearing a long black dress and a black face mask/rude to begin with, waited several minutes piddling around before taking our order. The chicken tenders were super small and skinny, I also ended up with a small cup of cold mashed potatoes instead of cole slaw. Luckily, the manager was helpful with getting my order correct
