Went to this McDonald’s a few weeks ago for breakfast and was asked to pull over for a minute and a half while they prepared fresh hashbrowns. Literally NINE MINUTES LATER I finally got out of my car and went inside to see what the holdup was. The manager kind of chuckled and said, “oops, I forgot.” The next time I went there, I was told they were waiting on fries. The time after that I was told they were making the quarter pounder with cheese fresh. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go there, doesn’t matter what you order, doesn’t matter how busy they are, nine times out of 10 they ask you to pull over and wait while one minute soon turns into a lot longer than anyone should have to wait at a fast food restaurant. Either they need new management or someone needs to train the old managers better; especially seeing the price they expect you to pay!

It’s silly to have people park there cars coming from the drive thru so you can avoid high wait times being registered that would clearly show that you’re not meeting your marks. Isn’t that the point of the timers? To show you when you’re not doing something right? Consistently bad experiences here.

Hot food quick friendly service was my response 6 years ago….as of today 4/17/2025, as with most things …that has changed at this location. I requested a made to order 2 fish sandwiches PLAIN. What I received once I got home less than 4 minutes from McDs…. I had 2 cold sandwiches that had cheese on them. Not going back out to get this corrected till tomorrow. I called McDonald’s and after asking for the number posted on the drive thru window….person answering said they would go get that right now, 20 seconds later disconnected the call. Not a great way to do things. At McDs those I had contact with were very nice. However someone chose a shortcut. If this gets corrected I will change this review.

I was very disappointed. Was in eating and a employee was extremely unprofessional.
Kylah the rude employee kept on yelling as loud as she can about a cheeseburger. Was really rude to some of the older customers sitting and talking. One of tge gentlemen called her out on it and so in retaliation she would walk by their table making noises and being loud just to annoy them. Extremely unprofessional and need to grow up in the work place.

Normally I wouldn’t rant on a review but this is one of the worse McDonald’s. I wouldn’t consider eating here. You’ll either get stale buns, under/over cooked burgers, dry mcgriddles, cold fries, etc. Its overall terrible && disappointing that they’re comfortable serving their customers poor quality food. Especially the buns. I’ve had to throw my food away from how bad it tasted, I couldn’t finish it. The worker’s there are always polite but the managers pressure them rather then helping them. I understand in that type pf work environment you will encounter rush hours, & spiked production however I have 7+ yrs of managing under pressure. Yelling at your employees who are the ones keeping that site rolling is not going too get the job done any quicker. I feel bad for the kids/employees that work there. It’s horrible management which probably explains the foods quality. There has been multiple occurrence where I even waited for my food, & still didn’t have the quality desired from McDonald’s.
You’ll also have to use your clothes as napkins cus 50% the time I never get napkins. Unfortunately this location is in a small town so your limited on options to get too a McDonald’s. I really didn’t want to leave such a bad review but when its literally everytime I have gone there I’m not satisfied. My friends & family feel the same type of way.

What’s the point of using the mobile app and ordering ahead if you still have to wait a tremendous amount of time I’m sure I’ve been waiting 10 minutes and I ordered my items 10 minutes before arrival. This is bullshit as I know when I worked at McDonald’s 10 years ago, we had like three minutes or something to get people through! Is this still a Schultz family restaurant they used to be about Customer experience, obviously not anymore.

Definitely not the first time with this issue. Sure do expect what I pay for not filled being filled all way. I can tell you this is not the only issues here with our local business.
