Just got home with food. Our quarter pounders are so greasy we couldn’t eat them. Coke probably needed to be changed bc they are light colored and taste gross. Tried to call no answer. What a waste of money!

I do not normally go to this location but was coming home that way, do I went through the drive through for dinner to take home. While the workers were not rude, nor were they very friendly. I was not told thank you or to have a good evening. When I got home and opened my bags, the food looked terrible. My McChicken was opened and it was so flat that there was hardly any meat in it. The filet o fish had mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce.

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and is where I stop to take home lunch. Today I stopped to get lunch for my break later at work but I should have kept driving. I ordered a couple of sandwiches special order with extra sauce but I wasn’t intending on getting my hand full of mayonnaise when reaching in the bag. Two of my sandwiches were made the same and equally sloppy to the point they looked sloppy. I’m not asking for my food to be replaced but Rather do it right the first time. Seems some of the staff needs to be retrained. The last time they made my food lacking ingredients. It’s very frustrated and I’m paying for the service.

This place is a hit and miss for me. Today was a bad experience. The Frappuccino machine has been down for the past week and a half, and I got an iced coffee instead which got me so sick I was throwing up nonstop just from a drink. My family and I have never had a bad experience ordering quarter pounders or Happy Meals but that seems to be the only thing we ever get freshly cooked and everything else is always disgusting.

This particular McDonald’s is always disappointment! I literally feel like I’m playing the lottery and I lose every single time here. Why is the quality of the food here so much worse then every single McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to? Do better people!

They told us to pull around to the front to get out food instead of getting it in the drive-thru. we have been waiting for 15 minutes. I am a very busy person and have no time to wait on lazy employees that can’t do their minimum wage job. I am demanding a full refund and a 100$ gift card for this inconvenience. This place is an absolute clown house. The orders usually take FOREVER and the level of incompetence is disturbing. If they screw up your order and you say something about it they get bent out of shape and act like you’ve just insulted a piece of handmade artwork they created.
We’ve received burgers that look like someone had stepped on them, the smashed bun and patties were slid half off.
This morning we wanted a big breakfast and another order of eggs for my daughter, when the order was brought to the counter the second order of eggs was absent. It was questioned, the girl said they were in the big breakfast, it was then explained that they were for someone else. She then proceeded to open the big breakfast back up and dump half the eggs into a disgusting cardboard nuggets box, all the while the manager was standing right near her.
I have been to dirtier Franchises in some of THE WORST ghettos and still managed to get better service and quality of food.
I truly feel bad for the handful of decent employees they are able to keep in there, and to those few, thank you for making our visits there a little more pleasant.

Just went through this drive through two seconds ago and got the coldest stalest fries I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. That’s 90% of the reason to go to fast food restaurant. Just close if you can’t make it happen.
