Rude employees that don’t know the answers to questions. Had me wait around for a sandwich for 15 minutes just to tell me they don’t serve the sandwich in the morning. Manager “too busy” to deal with customers. Receipts are too faded to read clearly to be able to do the survey.

This store is always dirty whenever I come in for coffee. The coffee station is absolutely terrible now. The workers said they can’t put any napkins by the coffee station bc the area manager said no. That makes absolutely no sense because the workers clearly aren’t cleaning up the station every few minutes. Spilled coffee by unused cups is very disgusting. Trash all over the floor inside and workers walking over the trash like it’s invisible.

Got some donuts last night for my kids for breakfast this morning thank goodness they didn’t eat them as soon as they got home from school. I offered a doughnut while trying to open one. I noticed that there were insects crawling inside of one. I immediately called the store and spoke with the general manager, who seemed very unconcerned And stated that there’s not much they can do as these products come in prepackaged so you mean to tell me you can’t check a product before you put it out ? I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to another Wawawa if this is the customer service and the food that they provide. Photos of all of the donuts the only infected one is the candy cane.

food makes me sick and they stopped giving out free cups of ice with purchase not coming back will use my rewards ive saved and will Boycott Wawa from here on out. But they cant even give us a cup of ice with over priced drinks and fuel. they used to have cheaper gas than other places now there are just as expensive if not more so than competitors.

Make sure if you make a mobile order to keep your eyes peeled behind the counter. They have a habit of not placing the orders in the window where they’re supposed to be. You’ll be standing around while your food gets cold and thinking it’s not ready yet when it’s actually been sitting in the back where you can’t even see it. Thanks for the cold food Wawa. What’s the point of a mobile pickup window if your employees don’t even put the stuff where it’s supposed to be?
