There are three guarantees in life: death, taxes, and the expectation that when I go to Subway, my sandwich will be made my way. Unfortunately, that certainty was shattered during an ill-fated visit to a particular location. After receiving a regrettably burnt sandwich, I requested that lettuce and tomatoes be added before the sauce. Instead, I was met with a firm refusal, followed by the public declaration—delivered to the entire line—that “we don’t do that here.” In that moment, I was left not only disappointed, but embarrassed. I long for the simpler days when one could freely choose where the sauce belonged

SKIP IT! $14 for a sanDwich. Bread was crusty and stale, toppings meager and sparse. Typical food court fare. We grabbed their new preztel as a snack before our movie in a previous visit… never again. It was over salted and over cooked or stale. Dry and tough on both ends. Cheese sauce was cold.

The girl who works there is confusing. Instead of taking time to get order right, she ordered us to go to the cashier, then going back and forth with our orders creating more hassles that it should be. Like being pushed back and forth between the cashier and picking the food ingredients while she took time on other customers.

Seriously, it took over 15 minutes for 3 workers to make 2 sandwiches and they took their sweat time making them! Two of them stood around and had to repeat ourselves 3 times for everything! Shouldn’t take that long at all

Went here a few minutes after the store was “opened” which is around 10am as the hours sign states and I waited about 15 minutes before an employee walked pass to help me, before telling me “they would be right with me”. So I waited another 5 minutes, then left. After an hour I came back to this subway to try an order again and there were two more people who had been waiting a while for service. Then when the workers decided they felt like serving us, they were extremely rude and completely rushed the process of building the sandwhich. If you don’t like your job thats fine, but dont take it out on customers! Moral of the story, do not bother dining here if you do not have alot of time to wait around. Plus, the sandwhiches do not taste all that great.

I’ve never said anything about subway; today however, i have to say something: i ordered my sandwich with an upgrade to fresh mozzarella cheese, when it was time to pay i was taken aback when the “extra” to get mozzarella was $3.00!!!! three dollars for a couple of slices of mozzarella!!!!. never to do it again!!! usually when you ask for avocado is .50 cents, or chips and soda you add 1.50, but 3.00 for upgrading to mozzarella is crazy!!!!
