I ordered a kiddie cake cone at the John B White Blvd It was around 2:45 for my Grandson. The guy at the window reached my ice cream cone with no napkins and no paper or wrapping around the cone. I knew that wasn’t appropriate so i called back to express my opinion and talked to a lady who said she was the supervisor which I was surprised by her lack of policy. She asked the individual who served me and he said the cone had a wrapper on it! I was surprised someone would blatantly lie since he knew the specifics about who he served and proximity. The employee should be reprimanded or suspended due to his trust to the franchise. My reasoning is to express this type of service is not warranted and his behavior should not be tolerated. My complaint was all in the interest to Brewsters!

Ran across this little place while at an AAU basketball tournament. A huge variety to choose from, waffle cones, sundaes and shakes. I tried the Turtle Sundae and my son Peanut Butter Cup Sundae both were over flowing with toppings Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Even though I like Sonic’s blast and I once thought there was no difference between them and Bruster’s. I can say I was completely wrong. I just had a Reese’s blast at Bruster’s and I was tasting big chunks of Reese’s down to the last bite. There’s definitely a major difference.
The only negative thing is there needs to be more shaded sitting areas

Once again, Bruster’s on Reidville Rd. delivered the best service! I always enjoy my visits there. The customer service is outstanding! The ice cream is an added bonus! Thank you all for being so kind during every visit.

My order was wrong. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a strawberry sundae. I asked for whipped cream and a cherry. I got a small cup of strawberry ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry. I would have parked and walked up to the window but it was so crowded. I won’t be going back.

We went to the Brusters on John B White. We ordered Coffee Break, which had absolutely no coffee flavor at all, and Sea salt Caramel, which my husband specifically stated that he did not want the one with the toffee. Of course they gave him the one with the toffee. This store has gone so far downhill in the last year th a t I doubt we will go there again. Very disappointing!!!

I wouldn’t have put one star if it wasn’t required to make review. This place is ridiculous. They have their workers come in sick, vomiting, fever etc. so just know when you get your kids ice cream their has probably been fixed by someone that has something contagious!!
