Came here after work around 4pm. We were greeted, customers must order the food first and pay before you are seated. The restaurant was empty, my daughter and I were the only customers during our dine in. One notable downside, my egg rolls and chicken wings were served to us in paper bags instead of a plate. The chicken feet was served to us in a clear take out container. That was weird.
Golden milk tea 6/10- standard milk tea.
Egg rolls 6/10 – standard egg roll.
Chicken wings 0/10 – way over fried, tasteless, tough. They cut big slits in the wings to cook faster(?). It was like chewing cardboard
Chicken feet in Thai sauce 7/10- served cold in a clear take out container. Very good curry flavor, well seasoned, gelatinous, clean and tender.
Pho dac biet 7.5/10- WOW! This place actually serves very good pho. The broth was flavorful, beefy, fatty, aromatic, generous portions of different cuts of meat, not too sweet and nice savory. Noodles were cooked perfectly, presentation was pleasant. Again very good pho.
If I were to rate this restaurant only based off the pho, it’s 4/5 stars. But all things considered, especially how my food were served in take out bags and container, 3/5 stars.

Allaround fantastic place. I have had their coffee and pho and both were great. It is always decorated insanely cute for the season and the workers are very nice. If you are used to regular coffee, please remember this coffee is a trade off of quality over quantity, but will still get you crazy caffinated.

Was looking for a local go to spot for boba drinks and found this cute little gem! Best part? They have pho, perfect for these cold MN winters. We tried pink piggy dessert drink before and idk what it had but it was delicious. The 2nd time we tried the mango boba and their egg coconut coffee and it was amazing as well. Def recommend their drinks. The place had cute decorations all around and was clean as well. Needless to say we found our go to for boba drinks and pho.

Yum! We love the Coffee here (addicted) and the Phó is phenomenal. We have sat to eat and also take out is great – Same great experience. We are so “Happy” u are close to us. Highly recommend- great friendly/fast service. Water cup = Genius.

My partner and I made a 30-minute drive back to visit this restaurant, and it was absolutely worth it. She loves Vietnamese food and found the dishes here to be authentic and comforting, reminding her of home. The setting is clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This place is underrated. Happy Cafe serves delicious foods that is authentically Vietnamese cuisine. My partner stated that the food reminded him of his childhood. We will definitely come back to try more of their snacks and drinks. I highly recommend this place.
