This is by far the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. The person working the night shift ignores customer calls when you try to check on your order.
They never seem to have enough drivers, yet they don’t send any notification, update the online tracking, or communicate delays in any way.
I’ve been waiting over two hours for two pizzas — and I’m still waiting. That’s completely unacceptable.
If you’re short on drivers, stop taking orders instead of leaving customers in the dark.

Worst ever!!!! They only have one driver. My order got delivered 1h45mns after it was said to be in route. To top it all they brought a roach into my home!!! I put the boxes down along the soda,then heard my child scream at the sight of the roach crawling on the soda from the box!

Does Domino’s even care about customer service? The tracker showed my order as “done,” but when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started making it. At first, they ignored me completely. After asking a couple of times, they finally said they were just starting to make it. The tracking system was clearly inaccurate, and the service was very disappointing.

The store was busy. The manager was very unprofessional, refused for 30min to refund my money. I talked with the CSR working about the time my order would take and he suggested canceling. Unfortunately, he could not authorize a refund, the manager needed to put in her 4 digit code and it would process. The CSR asked her several times to assist me and she refused. Eventually she hid in the back office. And her workers apologized many times. They were great. Too bad they have such poor management.

I can see by the reviews that this location has problems…wish i had looked at them before patronizing this store.. Tried ordering a pizza at this location..was an online order only deal apparently….and there were definitely complications in communication with THE KID working the counter. Had to call a different location to find out that I could order online and pay at the store to receive the deal i was trying to order. Placed my order online as I was already there…while I was waiting i noticed some cool sunset clouds and started taking some pics…THE KID…(mind you..this is an instore employee, not a third party delivery person or random jerk, but the person I had just dealt with in store) had gotten off work while I was placing my order and was in the parking lot about 50-75 yards away and started yelling at me about taking pictures??? …of him??? …and proceeded to approach and threaten me with a violent outcome if I didn’t stop taking pics of him lol…as I was not the least bit intimidated he did back down…but the point is no one should have to worry about taking pictures in public and/or being threatened or assaulted by employees of any business they visit for doing so..especially over a mediocre meal at best. Will never use that store again..and there’s plenty of other pizza joints besides dominos that deserve my business. I just wanted some dinner…Completely disappointed in my visit to dominos Commercial Blvd 2400 B location today. The pizza was hot…only because I was the delivery person ha…but only soso…typical dominos pizza. I’ve had much better food and service

I wish I could give 0 stars all across. COLD PIZZA 20 MINS LATE WRONG ORDER. HORRIBLE. My pizza was delivered 20 mins late. The spinach feta cheese bread and pizza were cold when I received it. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Upon opening the pizza box, I noticed no toppings. I took a bite of the pizza and there was no sauce or toppings just cheese. The pizza was plain and dry. The worst pizza ever. The cheese bread was cold and dry. There were burnt pieces on top of the cheese bread. I called the store to request a refund and they said “we are really busy and there’s nothing we can do”. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me to call back in an hour because they were really busy. I was so angry that I drove to the store. They were not that busy. I asked for a refund and after 15 minutes of talking to the manager (in the back) they granted it to me. Poor customer service. The delivery driver did not greet me. The workers at the store did not care about my concerns.

Horrible service, I gave this location the benefit of the doubt because they had no employees. However, the location continues to do a horrible job. The pizza was extremely dry. They did not put any sauce when I asked for extra sauce. They hardly put any toppings. One of my toppings was missing. I called to let them know that, the pizza was done incorrectly and they said there was nothing they could do about. It did not offer credit did not offer redo pizza. I would like a refund back for this horrible pizza.

This deserves a negative 100 stars. This place is absolutely disgusting! I ordered a pizza, specifically put for them to hand it to me, and instead, the driver left it at my door on the floor, claiming he knocked. He didn’t even have the deceny to call my phone number (WHICH IS ON THE ORDER). By the time I realize it is at the front door, it is filled with ants. I call and the manager has the nerve to state she can offer a lava cake but won’t give me my money back. After getting out of character, they finally refunded my money. Just absolutely disgusting service.

Idk but buying at this dominoes be so annoying they be taking so long and it’s very annoying I’ve been there since 10:15 and someone took my order at 10:25 and now it’s 11 pm and I still don’t have my order . They need to do better and if they can’t give the good specific time just ask ppl to wait don’t tell them a time that they won’t be able to keep .
