They’ve charged the price more than the original price that was mentioned on the Menu.
This is really unfair and staff are least bothered about my questions.
I better suggest Indians not to visit this restaurant.

Me and my husband are on our honeymoon and we went to cafe Bombay yesterday!! We had THE BEST indian food ever!!! And also the BEST SERVER ever!! Shanique is awesome, she gave us an exceptional service but also recommended us places to go visit while we are here! She made the whole experience 1000 times better Definitely check it out!! Also, took a great picture of us!

This place was a little difficult to find because it did not have its name displayed on the building. I was taken aback to see that I had to climb some 60-plus steps to get to the restaurant, which was located on the top of a hill. The reward for this, though, was a spectacular view! The service was very good. Two waiters attended to me, and they were very attentive to my needs. I started to eat on the balcony, but the flies made this almost impossible, and I agreed to go inside to eat. The food was “so-so.” On a scale from 1 – 10, I would rate the food that I had a 5 -5.5. One big shocker for me was the fruit punch drink, which was served from a can! I have not been in a restaurant of this caliber that I was aware of, that did this. Notwithstanding, the overall experience was a good one, and this was primarily due to the very good service of the waiters!

First time dining here and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was very peaceful/chill and the view was amazing. I got the butter chicken with rice and it was very flavorful and filling. Alex was our server and gave excellent service. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back.

They definitely got someone in the kitchen doing this Indian cuisine justice. It’s authentic and tastes authentic too! The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful and the spices and curry are fantastic. I got the fish curry and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were super polite and attentive. Kinda of a weird way to enter if you just want to eat there but don’t be intimidated. Just hit the reception button a couple of times.

View and atmosphere was great! Food was decent. I couldn’t find better Indian cuisine in the island so I can take that.
DOWNSIDE: Food took forever to arrive (more than 30mins, after 2 times asking about it). What made me mad was when we ordered pineapple juice, we waited for more than 30mins with nothing served. I went to the reception(waiters usually stay at the reception and don’t really come to you until you wave), I was told that they ran out of pineapple juice. I was confused, if the restaurant ran out of something, isn’t it the restaurant’s responsibility to let the customers know instead having us ask about our order after 30 mins of waiting?? The owner of the restaurant was very impatient (said that they’re sorry but quickly removed their responsibility by saying that they don’t know what is going on) when I raise that question, and quickly send the waiter to “deal” with us. The waiter became very responsive and polite afterwards. Hopefully the restaurant can be more consistent in the way they treat customers

Spent over $75 dollars getting here from the resorts only to be told they couldn’t accommodate anyone while we had a confirmed opentable reservation and WhatsApp conversation. Restaurant was nearly empty with only one table full. Our next cab driver recommended staying away from this place as this had happened to many others apparently. Disappointing!

I previously stayed downtown Nassau until I happened on this gem. First, it’s one of the most beautiful views on the island. Secondly, the rooms are amazing and super cozy!! Marcie is the manager and is always amazing and helpful. The food is by far the best Indian food on the Island, authentic and is very reasonably priced. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. Enjoy the sunsets!!!
