some crazy server reached in through the window to wipe “smudged lipstick off my face” and it was incredibly weird. this carhop literally grabbed my face and i had to awkwardly tell her to stop and she offered no apology instead acted like I was rude, and she was “just trying to help”. I even gave her a tip so this attitude is beyond me. Whoever that girl is with 0 social queues, someone needs to teach her not to touch strangers, and how to properly interact with customers or just fire her because she’s incredibly weird. This was Thursday around 1pm.

I went to pick up dinner for my family around 6:30 on a Monday. My order was filled 100% correct, brought out hot and fast, and served by a polite car-hop. I used the Cub Scout re-useable discount card to get buy-one-get-one-free foot long coneys and they had no problem accepting it.

Ordered 8 drinks and it took 50+ minutes, at the 20 minute mark I pressed their red button and they informed me the lemonade machine was broken. They had not started making my drinks. By the time I left my drinks had melted and I was late for school.

Usually have good service but today the lady didn’t listen very well we wanted large drinks but got medium instead and how you gonna have a freaken medium shake but not a medium blast. Also she said the mini was like a medium and it sure as hell is not.
