Came on a Tuesday for tacos. Got steak and pork with pineapples. These are best tacos I’ve ever had in my life!!! Full of flavor and so much meat I had to eat with a fork. Highly recommend this little food truck. It’s parked in front of the store. I will probably come here 2 to 3 times per week now.

I was honestly a little skeptical at first of the taco truck; however the quality of the food was good. They were friendly, and the food came out quickly. They also were very generous with how much carne asada they put in my torta(sandwich.) It is better than a lot of the taco trucks I’ve tried in the Charlotte Metro. I would definitely visit then again next time I’m in the Denver area. The taco truck is part of the Denver Mexican store, when you order your food, you go inside the store to pay for it.

Tried several things and none were great. The azada was like cardboard and just awful. The pollo quesadilla was mediocre. Ordered and paid for a burrito too and never even got it. I drove off before checking if it was there and sure enough it was not. The tacos were mediocre, nothing special, but at least weren’t horrible, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Everything was pricy given how little food there actually was. Being from Houston, TX we maybe got spoiled by really good Mexican food. We have found one good place around here but it is about an hour drive for us. Came into this with high hopes and very positive attitudes based on some other reviews, but at least this evening, food wasn’t very good and we didn’t even get everything we paid for. We would eat at a good Mexican place at least 3 times a month or more if there was one close by. We definitely won’t be back to this one.
