First time trying this place and I’ll be back! I had ordered in the app and they forgot one item and gave me a free drink just to be kind. The staff is so nice. The food was fresh and really good. The sauces are really delicious, as well as the chips and queso! I got a loaded bowl with chicken and it was so good.

We had dinner here on Saturday (12/13) and had a great experience. Our server, Laila, was welcoming and patient—her name stood out to us because we’d never heard it before. It was truly refreshing to see such respect and professionalism from the younger generation. Since it was our first time dining here, she offered menu recommendations that we really enjoyed. The service was excellent, and the food was just as great.

I always get the steak burrito in the chipotle wrap with the sweet and sour sauce. I got one last week and Joy, Kaydence, and Q tag-teamed it and it was delicious. What I really like is that they offer the option to grill any of the ingredients. That really ups the flavor level!

I went in for the first time today and let me just say, it was amazing! I got the bowl with chicken and steak. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Wayne and his wife took my order. They were extremely friendly! After trying it today, I will definitely be back!

First of all, the portions were like war time rations. I could’ve found a cockroach and gotten more meat. The rice was hard, like the containers they keep them in were way too hot and they forgot to cover it. The cilantro was all stems. and to top it off the bar you order at was in serious need of a cleaning. I love surcheros but this one needs some help.
