Maza BBQ catered the food for our daughter’s event, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious across every course, appetizers, entrées, and desserts and our guests are still talking about it.
The appetizers were a huge hit, especially the lamb chops, Lahori fish, and cheese kebabs, they were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and disappeared in no time. For the main course, the butter chicken, goat bulla, and dum keema mutton completely stole the show. Each dish was rich, authentic, and cooked to perfection.
The dessert experience was simply out of this world. The live jalebi station was a crowd favorite, and it was paired with what is honestly the best kheer in town, along with faluda and gulab jamun, a perfect and memorable ending to an amazing meal.
Beyond the incredible food, the service was top notch. The team was professional, attentive, well organized, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Their presentation, timing, and hospitality truly elevated the overall experience.
Maza BBQ delivered not just food, but an unforgettable culinary experience that added tremendous value to our daughter’s special day. We highly recommend them for weddings and large events and would gladly rate them 5 stars without hesitation.

Ordered grilled fish (suwai) for sit-in lunch and goat biryani to go. Both were excellent (made with fresh ingredients). Goat halal meat was flavorful and almost melted in the mouth unlike usual chewy quality you find at other restaurants. Nice veg fare also (tho not tasted). Will revisit with friends who enjoy excellent food.

I ordered a chicken biryani with high hopes but was disappointed because the food tasted like it had been frozen and re heated. I could not even finish 3 table spoons servings and threw out the food. Hope this restaurant which once was a hail Mary pass for us Pakistanis in Montville can survive and get the original cooking and service they had when they opened up shop. Best wishes

Passing by many times. We know it’s halal but not sure what kind of food they serve. We decided to try it, once we entered, there’s a sign showing its Pakistani food. We tried a few dishes including chicken biryani rice, beef nihari with roti and lamb kebab roll, along with chai and lassi. All were delicious! Especially beef nihari, tender and flavorful. Overall good portions. Friendly lady there. The only problem is the annoying flies, will be back because the food is so good, but likely takeout

Our go to place for breakfast lunch and dinner ever since they opened in 2017.. Maza’s food is really delicious and at reasonable prices! Everything from appetizers to parathas to Bihari kababs to palak gosht to Chicken 65, are all great! To top it all off their kheer is the most delicious and the best in the whole of NJ!

Maza BBQ is an excellent Pakistani food restaurant with truly delicious food. I really enjoyed their Chicken Bihari, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Fish Pakora, and Chicken Biryani.
For vegetarian options, the Bhindi Masala and Palak Paneer were equally impressive, fresh, and well-seasoned.
The prices are genuine and affordable, which makes the experience even better. My wife and I both really loved the food, and we highly recommend this place to all food lovers who enjoy Indian or Pakistani cuisine.
I would definitely rate this restaurant very highly.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was serious enough that I feel I have to. After eating the Chicken 65 and birayani here, I experienced severe chest pain and had to go to the ER. The food had an excessive amount of artificial food coloring, which I strongly believe caused this reaction.
This is unacceptable and dangerous. Food quality and safety should never be compromised. Please fix your food standards. I will never be visiting this restaurant again.

Stopped in today just to get some fresh naan and a mango lassi to go with some curry I had at home. I had a great conversation with Isha (sorry if I spelled that wrong). The shop was very pretty and smelled wonderful. The mango lassi was creamy and just the right amount of sweet. The naan was great too! I could barely make it home without taking a bite because it smelled so yummy.
I will definitely be back in to try some more food!
