I have been to several mountain mikes and so far this one has been my favorite. The pizza was great. Plenty of toppings. Order was ready as scheduled. The person who helped me was friendly. Overall great experience. I forgot to take pictures before we ate. The guy even showed me my pizza to make sure it was correct before I left.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Shaw location. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and the pizza was awful dry, flavorless, and tasted old. We normally go to the Clinton & 99 location and the difference is night and day. We came to this one because we figured all are the same but they are not. Coming to this location was a huge mistake. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Shaw location altogether and go to the clinton location instead it is down the street. This place clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers.

Today I tried to order a pizza, the ladies accent was so strong, I couldn’t understand her. I then asked her if there was someone else I could talk to. She hanged up on me. Customer service BIG 0 I understand having bilingual workers is important, but when their accent is to strong and you cant understand them. How exactly are they bilingual.

We have picked up pizza to go here several times and we have enjoyed it. Their Robber’s Roost Pizza with chicken and creamy garlic sauce is one of our favorites. We also liked their cheese sticks, garlic bread with cheese, and their cinnamon pizza. The cinnamon pizza makes a tasty dessert and a fun breakfast. We find that their prices for pizza are a bit high, so we don’t visit often.

All employees are busy on their phones. Only 1 customer dining inside. Even doordash people had to wait to pick up their orders. I ordered a large pepperoni & jalapeno pizza. Took 15 minutes. When it was ready, counter person gave to me and I went home. Getting home opened it and it was pepperoni and pineapple. Not what I ordered but didnt want to go back. Need to focus on customer and less on their phones.

Pretty upset right now. I’ve gotten Mt Mike’s pizza for years, at different location and overall, it’s always been a “go-to” for me, especially since their pizza is typically great. I travel frequently for work, although this time I’m in a hotel because my vehicle broke down & is in the shop, hence, I really depend on a restaurant to get my order correct AND good quality. Well, this time was so frustrating.

I ordered via DD. My order was a small pizza (it was so greasy/soggy, but ok), individual salad (w/slimy veggies and cukes had been frozen), & 2 bubly-LIME carbonated WATERS (replaced with a non-carbonated sugary lemonade drink).

So yeah, I’m unable to eat the salad or drink the lemonade sugar waters. DD has horrible avenues for resolving restaurant mess-ups & didn’t resolve this (can’t get thru to a real person). But it shouldn’t be on delivery services like DD or Uber to take the brunt of the neglectfulness of restaurants. So I have about $14 of food/beverages that I cannot eat/drink & only a 92 cent credit from DD (shouldn’t be on them anyway) because they don’t have a proper option for resolving issues with orders.
