This was our first experience eating Cuban food and it was amazing! They brought buttered bread of some sort first and that was yummy. Our waitress suggested the Tostones Mix as an appetizer and it was delicious… we ate every bit of it. Then we ordered the 1/2 garlic chicken with mashed potato’s and fries. We split that and it was more than enough. Fries were the best we’ve had and the chicken and mashed potato’s were great as well. I only give 4 stars for atmosphere because we ate outside and smoking is allowed at the bar area and we are non smokers. Also you are staring at a parking lot but it’s still very nice. They do have fans to help with that and the place is super clean and pleasant. Our waitress was wonderful but at the end of the meal she was gone for a good while after we were done. She was working the bar inside. Nothing on our plates was left and we will definitely come back!

We really looked forward to these folks coming to town! We finally had the opportunity and we’re not disappointed. Our waitress Marina was awsome and the happy hour prices were too.

Been waiting for a good, authentic Cuban place in Narathon and we finally found it! I had the traditional roast pork, my husband had fish and monfongo. Both dishes were exactly what you’d expect and tge mofongo was especially delicious. Loved the bread as well. Very nice atmosphere and the service was great. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the keys.

1st time in an authentic Cuban Restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly young host who seated us right away. Our waitress was wonderful, patient and very informative with our group who had never been to a Cuban restaurant before. Food was delicious and came out real quick. I had the shredded beef and my husband had the Palmillio steak. Our friends split the skirt steak! Everything (including sides, yellow rice, black beans and fried Plantain) was mouth watering delicious). We will be back while we are here for the next month..

Amazing food, great service and fun vibe. The sandwiches are really good and huge. I love the tostones mixed appetizer with pork and ropa vieja. The meat is so rich and flavorful and pairs well with the guacamole and onions that come on the side. The buttered Cuban bread appetizer (free) is to die for.

Just as amazing as the Key West location. Do NOT miss this place while in the Keys. Everything we’ve had has been amazing. We had the Cuban sandwich and moro and Maduros this time. Coladas. Just perfect!

We randomly stopped by today (1/7/2026) for lunch. Delicious empanadas, Mahi Mahi , grilled grouper and shredded beef with yuca and fried plantain. Reasonable price and great vibe. Servers are cool and smiling. If you are nearby surely plan a visit here. You will not regret it.

We have only heard good things about El Siboney in Key West, but have not yet visited. We were excited to try out the new location on Marathon. We sat at the outside bar, Marina was our bartender, and there was live music (Luannen who is fantastic!). Marina told us that Grandma makes the empanadas, so, of course, we had to try cheese and beef, as well as a tamale. We ordered the el Siboney steak and grilled grouper, served with plantains, rice, and beans. It was like being in Grandma’s kitchen; everything was absolutely incredible. The black beans were the best beans we have ever had anywhere. Who knew beans could melt in your mouth? We did not even have anything leftover. This was a great find!
