Just like the Krispy Creme at Frederick, here also the donuts were fantastic! We originally intended to buy a half dozen, but since everything looked so delicious, we ended up getting a full dozen. It was not crowded when we arrived, which allowed us plenty of time to choose. The New York cheesecake was my favorite.
The lady at the counter was very nice, and the restroom was clean.

I had to stop this is the only one that I saw in my entire drive down from Vermont to new orleans! It was hard to find. Google took me off the interstate and I had the wine through the beautiful little town. It was beautiful that they honored their veterans on their flag post of each individual serving from their town.
It’s Krispy Kreme is lovely I don’t know how old it is but it’s beautiful building plus you can watch them make them. It’s quite an experience. I have great service and everyone was very nice I wish I could have tried more donuts but I took six with me!

Krispy Kreeme is THE BEST donut shop in the country!!!! The hot glazed donuts melt in your mouth, the lemon filled donuts are amazing, and the Boston Cream donuts are filled with a velvety custard with a delicious chocolate glaze on top. All the donuts are delicious and always fresh.

My son and I are on a mission to visit all the Krispy Kreme stores within driving distance. We drove 2 and 1/2 hours to visit Hagerstown. The store was super clean and the employees were friendly and ready to serve. Very happy with our experience there.

I was super excited to go to the Krispy Kreme in Hagerstown! We drove 45 minutes for this!! I was very disappointed to see the hot light on but there was no donuts on the roller. It was 621 pm and the staff seemed to be standing around chatting/cleaning. They didn’t say hi or hello when we walked in, my husband grabbed his phone to start our order since we weren’t acknowledged. We had a promo email and decided to use it which was great. When the female placed our donuts by the register, she walked away and giggled. Instead of being acknowledged at any point, I asked if those were our donuts and we left. We sat in our vehicle because I was uncomfortable inside. The whole experience was uncomfortable. We had been to the Krispy Kreme in another area (Va) which was fantastic but this was a complete waste of a drive.

So I was out with my siblings and frankly while I don’t frequent doughnuts much (Blueberry is the best!) I left my freebie from the app to the discretion of Lani who was more than willing to accommodate. Tried out the Chocolate Iced Custard Doughnut and it was savory, sure it wasn’t piping warm like intended though it was well presented and didn’t warrant any issue to speak of.
