It was 1:30 on a Saturday, there was only one car ahead of me. My stars given for atmosphere was because of the drive through line, as it is with every taco bell, once you’re in the line there’s no getting out. Back in the day I only had so much time for lunch. And if the people ahead of me were taking a long time I was stuck, making me late for work. And more recently, I liked their Cinnabon coffee. Not knowing they’d discontinued it, I got in line with others behind me, too find out i couldnt get a coffee and had to sit behind everyone ahead of me just so i could get back on the road.
This visit I orderred the wild strawberry freeze regular size, and the chicken cantina burrito, both were really good. But almost $12 for a burrito and a small drink is very overpriced. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and got a plate of food, and a drink with free refills.
The staff here was very nice, friendly, fast but not to pushy. I will go back but not order the freeze drink and get my normal choices instead of trying something new.

After returning home and eating about halfway through my first taco, I noticed foreign debris inside the food. I pulled multiple short, curly hairs and what appeared to be a piece of dental floss from my mouth.
Immediately afterward, I became nauseous and vomited twice. I began shaking and sweating heavily.
In the moment I believed I had taken photos but later realized I had not.
I called the store and was told by the manager to come in and that he would be waiting for me.
When I arrived, I informed the front counter that I was there to speak with the manager. A bald employee with a silver earring approached and asked if he could assist. I stated I was there to speak with the manager on duty.
When the manager came forward, I calmly explained the situation. During the conversation, the manager suggested the hair looked like beard hair and looked toward my chin while making the comment. I found that unprofessional and inappropriate.
I requested corporate contact information and was not provided with it.
I experienced vomiting shortly after consuming the food and was physically shaken by the incident. I am requesting corporate review of both the food safety issue and the in-store conduct. I did record this interaction and will have copies made for all parties involved.

Food was alright, but the service is TERRIBLE. As is the dirty tables. There was a lady with a visor on and she didn’t even look at people when she would bring out the food. Just put it down and quickly/quietly say you’re all set, then rush off. One lady, in front of us was ignored for over 15 minutes while people walked back and forth. The tables were so dirty our bag stuck to it. Whoever was in charge today really dropped the ball.

They were pretty busy. There were probably 8 cars in front of me while I was waiting to pick up my online order. After about 10 minutes or so I got to the front and the worker apologized for the wait. Told him I didn’t need an apology as I know it hurts busy during lunch but it was much appreciated. The inside of this tacobell is very modern looking, I like it a lot, and the lobby was very clean. The food was all fresh, and hot. Staff members we all very friendly, and seemed to care about my business. My two year old daughter and I dined in, they have lots of options for her to enjoy and they are all inexpensive. Also have milk as a replacement for pop or other sugar drinks for her. The twist are her favorite! Over all excellent experiences here at this tacobell.

The person who is running the drive-thru today and recently. Some big white dude, really needs to be retrained. I swear, in my short time in this town, this taco bell has “stolen” easily $20 in forgetting items. The persons job at the window should be to be sure the order is correct and ready. SO often do i get items missing or orders that aren’t mine. Please replace this guy. It’s a joke.
Future review edit: Been back a few times because it’s unfortunately the ONLY taco bell in this god forsaken town. I think it’s management. The other day I ordered cinbanons and they were a ROCK. They’ve likely sat this since last night and no one bothered to check their refresh timers. That’s supervisors and managers. Holy yikes how inconsistent the food that comes out of this place is.

It was horrible once again. They forgot items from my order so I had to sit thru the drive thru line again. Then I get home toppings that are suppose to be on the nacho’s I ordered are missing. I use to love this place but it’s gotten very bad the last few months.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The service wasn’t great but the tables you sit at are disgusting. They’re sticky from apparently never having been cleaned, this has to be a health violation of some sort. If you go here plan on poor service and don’t eat inside, unless you want to stick to the table.
