This visit I orderred the wild strawberry freeze regular size, and the chicken cantina burrito, both were really good. But almost $12 for a burrito and a small drink is very overpriced. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and got a plate of food, and a drink with free refills.
The staff here was very nice, friendly, fast but not to pushy. I will go back but not order the freeze drink and get my normal choices instead of trying something new.
Immediately afterward, I became nauseous and vomited twice. I began shaking and sweating heavily.
In the moment I believed I had taken photos but later realized I had not.
I called the store and was told by the manager to come in and that he would be waiting for me.
When I arrived, I informed the front counter that I was there to speak with the manager. A bald employee with a silver earring approached and asked if he could assist. I stated I was there to speak with the manager on duty.
When the manager came forward, I calmly explained the situation. During the conversation, the manager suggested the hair looked like beard hair and looked toward my chin while making the comment. I found that unprofessional and inappropriate.
I requested corporate contact information and was not provided with it.
I experienced vomiting shortly after consuming the food and was physically shaken by the incident. I am requesting corporate review of both the food safety issue and the in-store conduct. I did record this interaction and will have copies made for all parties involved.
Visited this Taco Bell on 2/14/26 around 11:30 for some black bean tacos ECT. After returning home and eating part of my taco, I discovered multiple short hairs and what appeared to be dental floss inside the food in my mouth. I immediately became nauseous and vomited.
I contacted the store and was asked to come in. During the interaction, the manager suggested the hair looked like beard hair and looked toward my chin while saying it, which I found unprofessional.
My symptoms worsened afterward and I experienced repeated vomiting, eventually going to the ER out of concern as I was vomiting the drive there and followed by police just in case I needed more help as at the time it wouldn’t stop.
I received a refund, but I am posting this so corporate can review food handling and staff conduct at this location.
The managers on duties name was Nick and I have a recording I’d like to share if this interaction and I’m willing to send that to all parties involved when I am contacted via this email preferably.
Future review edit: Been back a few times because it’s unfortunately the ONLY taco bell in this god forsaken town. I think it’s management. The other day I ordered cinbanons and they were a ROCK. They’ve likely sat this since last night and no one bothered to check their refresh timers. That’s supervisors and managers. Holy yikes how inconsistent the food that comes out of this place is.
