They make me pull up every single time I come here and I place a mobile order it should be done before I even get here yet they never start making it until I arrive. The slowest fast food place ever it’s ridiculous!!! They need to hire better employees. I got 3 tacos and chips and dip and they make me pull up and wait 15 minutes and I’m the only person here too!!! This is clearly a management issue!!

I pulled up to go get my value meal order from my rewards and the lady would not help at all on telling me how to get the rewards that was given to me. She just said I don’t have the app. I don’t know how to use it then why are you working at Taco Bell also when we pulled up, they were both in their cars, not doing anything and also one had a blunt in their mouth and proceeded to walk into the store with a blunt in their mouth and wouldn’t let us in the store and they said it was drive-through only. I’m very confused on how you work at Taco Bell and you don’t even know how to give a customer orders on how to do something as simple as getting reward orders

This was the worst Taco Bell I ever experienced. It was so bad !terrible portions) that I boycotted them for several years. Today I gave them a try and wow, what a turn-a-round! A+++ all the way. My wife had a burrito supreme which weighed a ton and was prepared to perfection. I had three crunchy tacos and they were great. The staff was efficient, courteous and professional. The food was fresh, hot and topped with terrific lettuce and cheese. Ummm, so good! I have been eating Taco Bell food since I was 15 in 1969. I consider myself an expert when it comes to Taco Bell.

Listen this is the third time that I went to Taco Bell drive through. I ordered the number 2 soft tacos. But my food was cold again. When I got home I had to heat my food up..This is ridiculous who wants to eat cold food. I dont know who the manager is but something has to be done. Plus the employees there don’t care either. If I order something from there I want my food to be hot not cold. Well I want ever go back there again…

For the price of things, they really could’ve put more chips in the bag. I literally counted 8 chips, really people. Staff was friendly, no more ordering at the counter; must order at the kiosk. Staff said even the drive-thru is going with AI ordering. Won’t be going there much more.

Now I get why that Taco Bell in Columbia gets so much flak. I ordered online, and as soon as I got there, they said they were out of everything I wanted. I’ve heard people say that they say that to customers when they’re trying to close up early at night and don’t feel like taking any more orders. That’s just lazy and unacceptable. I didn’t get my food, and I’m sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out how to get a refund from the app. This is seriously my last time ever going to that Taco Bell in Columbia, and I think I might contact corporate.

I love taco bell. My kids could eat there everyday if the could. But let me just say the workers are SO rude. If y’all don’t know they have these ai systems that take ur order in the drive through and I don’t like ordering on those. So I asked to speak to a worker. And the worker acted like she would rather be anywhere else and was interrupting me. Then I got to the window and I tried to pay with a $100 bill. She said “I can’t take that. Ur order was only $20. I don’t have enough change for all that.” And so I have to dig through my purse and get my card and she then drops it only. And I had to get out of the car and get it off the ground. And she proceeded to say, “u didn’t have to get out” after nicely telling her I did have to she had the audacity to say, “I guess since I’m younger I could have just reached it” and she said it in a rude in sassy way. If u want to be talked to insanely rudely, then I recommend this Taco Bell specifically.

Visited TB on way through Columbia around 5 pm. No patrons in restaurant EXCEPT us. We both ordered the Luxe Cravings Box…which includes nacho chips and cheese, chalupa supreme, beefy 5 layer burrito, a double stacked taco and a drink for $7 ea! A lot of food for $7!!!!

The service here is a hit and miss . last time I was there I just walked out ,did not get served. Don’t know if it’s just this Taco Bell but it seems that the meat is getting less and less. I think our small town deserves better. Update 6 years later … not any better, meat is non existing.. and had to eat my soft taco cold .. this is the ONLY taco bell that I have ever had a cold taco. Definitely won’t give this place another try.. !
