I would like to report the poor service I experienced at this McDonald’s location. The staff provided subpar attention, and the manager was particularly rude and abusive in her behavior. Additionally, the promotions advertised are not honored at this location. Instead, customers are sent to other stores to redeem them, and I was even reprimanded for redeeming multiple promotions. This is unacceptable, as it discourages people from participating in the rewards or promotions offered. Please address these issues to improve customer satisfaction.

First, they didn’t bring the food to my table as I ordered table service. Second, the fries were pale looking… barely cooked properly.( I got sick). Third, they forgot to put in my cookies. Wasted my time and money ordering. I have 2 kids that are picky,they wanted plain burgers. I tell attendant,i want plain burgers and when i get to car kids open burgers and have everything in them. This place is dirty,soda fountains and flies everywhere especially in the summer,almost seems you have to compete with the flies to eat burger. This place use to be better. I would get the $1 soda but they dont even have that,why pay high prices for a mediocre burger and service. Maybe no more fast food with high prices and cheap quality! I was very dissapointed!! I rather go to a real restaurant.
