Great pizza typically but they partner with a 3rd party for delivery (Door Dash) and unfortunately their delivery person stole our pizza. Brothers did give us a refund which was nice but we were without pizza and no offer was made to deliver another one which is the reason for the 3 stars instead of one. Brothers did say they remember handing it off to the Door Dash driver so they totally stole it and marked it as delivered to our location but nobody on our block had it at their doorstep which we confirmed after walking the neighborhood….

They used to always use fresh mushrooms and it was delicious. Now they switched to canned mushrooms without telling people when they order. Just got my typical sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza. So disappointed to see slimy canned mushrooms. Changed the taste of entire pizza. Called and let them know the pizza was not satisfactory and did not an offer to remake.

Omg this is my favorite pizza hands down!!!! I am so happy I stumbled upon this place. I have been looking for a solid NY style pizza place in the area since I moved here. Brothers is by far the best in the Winter Haven area I’d go as far to say all of Polk County maybe Central FL! You will not be disappointed trust me.

Was in town for a wrestling match and if I could rate 0 stars I would. The pizza had literally no flavor at all. Pepperoni + sausage is pretty hard to lack flavor with but somehow it was pulled off here. And the toppings kept sliding off each of our slices….Not even remotely close to NY Pizza like get out of here.

Gone down hill. You come here and you feel like being kicked out. 8pm and ordering overpriced food no issue to be told you have to take it to go because they are closing 30 minutes earlier than advertised which is 9pm. I will never support this business again.

We found our place for pasta! Baked Ziti and that is a side of spaghetti . We didn’t feel up to making it ourselves so whooo-hooo! We tried the jumbo wings with honey/honey sauce on our 1st order . Our 2nd try on the wings the crispy are now the favorite still with the honey-honey.
We still haven’t tried any of the other items on the menu. Maybe one day
