I got off work late tonight I was having a bad night I was debating on whether to write a resignation letter or a suicide note went to get some gas station food absolutely vile sandwich a cold cut from hell 7.75 for a sandwich and a drink couldn’t down the sandwich I thought to hell with it let’s go grab some Taco Bell! And it was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had it took my terrible night to at least a bearable one every cent of the 9.36 total was worth it I don’t know who the night shift manager is but they have to be ordained by God or something because that was amazing

10/10 every time I go. The night shift crew is amazing! My food is always ready when I get there (mobile orders) they make sure my substitutions are made correctly and it’s always delicious!! Night crew is amazing 🙂 thank you all!

Normally the protein bowl I get is pretty good and has a good portion in it. Not sure what happened this time but the portion was half of what it was before and it was missing rice and guacamole. Definitely not 10 dollars worth of food here

Ordered online and they did forget 2 of my items, called and they offered me a refund or I could come get my food replaced manger and staff were both very polite and professional and apologized for the mess up. When I went back they replaced the entire order and it was prepared perfectly.

Went to Taco Bell around 3 pm, for a quick lunch. The service was decent, and the staff was polite, but the wait time was longer than expected for a fast-food spot. My Crunchwrap Supreme was tasty and fresh, but the nachos were a bit soggy and lacked enough cheese. The place was clean enough, though the tables could’ve used a wipe down. Overall, an okay visit, but I’ve had better experiences here before.

We doordashed food tonight. (yes, we resolved it through doordash as we are supposed to, but this restaurant thought it was a good idea to serve the food) 4/6 of the tacos were soggy from being held. Only 2 were actually crunchy. I have gone through the drive through before and ate the food when I got home. There was no reason it should have been this soggy. The dasher picked it up and came here. No excuses. They did mark the diet pop tho, and gave us napkins.
Update 8/21. They just suck I guess. They’ve consistently messed up my bowl for months and I just go back around and they fix whatever it was. One time, the guy who made it even came to the window and apologized. Usually, they’re nice about it. Tonight, they didn’t put chicken or the beef I added in into my bowl. I always pull forward and check it so it doesn’t interfere with the car behind me and also line times. Tonight, the bowl doesn’t have either meat so I go back around. Girl at the window just says “she said it’s on the bottom”. I pull forward and go through the bowl with a fork. It’s just not in there so I got back through and tell them. The car at the window sat so long though, I just left. And no, when I got home I never found any meat except a tiny pinch maybe about 5 pieces of ground beef. I don’t know if they were out of chicken and didn’t want to say it or what was going on? I should not have to come around 3 times to possibly get it fixed. The second time around y’all should have just given me sides of beef and chicken so I can go home. The tacos they gave me seemed fresh when she first gave it to me but by the time I got to go home my tacos were all soggy. So my bowl wasn’t right and my tacos were edible as tacos.

I went through the drive through and ordered their luxe box they were extremely rude when I asked to substitute the beef for chicken. When i finally got my food it was not at all what I ordered. Totally rude employee she raised her voice at me and that is unacceptable.
