Sunday 10/12/25 7pm I Ordered a small pork fried rice and 1 shrimp roll. The pork fried rice was wayyyyy too oily and very mushy and clumped up together as well, rice should be loose from one another not mushy and all stuck to one another and very oily the shrimp roll was very bland and greasy as well.
My companion ordered the rib combo, the ribs were very hard and old and drenched in a nasty old tasting bbq sauce, her shrimp fried rice was also very oily and mushy /clumped up. Rice should not be so oily and clumped up, it looked as if were literally drenched in water and oil.
Close to $30 spend and neither of us enjoyed the food at all!!
Also there is zero customer service/ customer satisfaction because I went back inside to talk to the lady at the counter to express my dissatisfaction with the food, instead
Of being apologetic and offering to make things right she was very defensive and starts to tell me that no other customers complaint before, but that’s not true because i just read all the one star reviews and other customers were not happy, she also mentions that they have been in business many years and so forth, to add insult her and the cooks were laughing as i turned back to look inside.
Needless to say it was our first and last visit to this restaurant. When a person spends money on food, the food should at least be enjoyable, we through away our food and went to mcdonalds.
If you decide to go here anyway after reading this review, And you have similar experience please leave them a 1 star review as well so that they can take the 1 star reviews more seriously and not laugh at the dissatisfied customers, remember they are in business because of our hard earned money is being spent at there restaurant, without our money they will have to close down or get there act together and provide better food/customer service. It’s a-shame new Rochelle does not have restaurant grades like New York, where all restaurants are graded from letter A-D and are required to display the grade on the window, letter D is obviously a bad grade
The food we bought here was pure slop and disgusting and does not come even close to some of the good Chinese food i have bought and enjoyed from other Chinese restaurants. Do better with your food and do better with your customer service.

Amazing food! Just ordered through Grubhub for the first time, it was delivered quickly. Hot, fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked food. I’m surprised how great this was and i’m soo full lol. They will definitely get a bigger tip from me next time.

Have been coming here for a long time. Best Chinese food in the area. Everything I have had has always been fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are great and they always follow specific instructions well.
Their spicy dishes are excellent!
Their fried food including wontons and egg rolls are amazing. You can tell they actually clean their fryer as everything is always perfectly crispy and not covered in grease.

My favorite Chinese food spot in the area. Classic take-out made well! Love their crab cheese wontons and Singapore Mei fun. My cousin is obsessed with their chicken corn soup and shrimp fried rice. And the boneless spare ribs are a family favorite!

Packed, especially on the weekends. Super fresh, tasty and well-seasoned American-style Chinese food. My go-to dishes are roast pork egg foo young combination, mixed vegetables in white sauce, boneless spare ribs, and chicken wings. They nailed each dish perfectly.

Broccoli chicken with fried rice was outstanding. My favorite Chinese take out in New Rochelle. (Seating is limited but not impossible) Try this place, I recommend.

The customer service displays the etiquette of domesticated animals. They handle customers like a rancher handles cattle. An accident waiting to happen. The entrance looks sloppy. They have all types of stock items on top of the chairs and tables in the entrance as if they don’t want anyone to eat inside.
