The staff at this location on north 34th street are always friendly and helpful as soon as you walk through the door I would like to thank amy and her staff that work to make sure everybody’s taken care of especially as me being a delivery driver.We’re still treated just like regular customers and helped in any way that they can help us.So thank you for that.It’s always a pleasure to come and pick up orders from your store

Amy and John were amazing! I had made a mistake when describing the sauce I wanted. But Amy and John gave me amazing customer service, offered to remake it, did it with a genuine smile and even though I made a mistake, Amy and John made me feel like “honest intentions yield honest results”. Guaranteed no other food place, restaurant or fast food would go this far and do so, genuinely!

Good lord they’ve got door dash delivering pizzas for them now and it’s exactly what youd expect, extremely late pizza disgustingly cold had to throw it in the oven just to be edible

When me and my group got there, it took them at least 10 minutes to even take our order. It took quite a while for us to get our food and 2/3 people in my group had issues with our food. They gave me mozzarella sticks when I ordered what is called cheese sticks on the website and when I told the employee at the register she took it and didn’t say a word let alone sorry. I waited another 10 or so minutes untill I went back up to the register and another much more helpful employee was notified of the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. The other person in my group ordered two things and was only given one thing out of her order. This was thankfully fixed within a few minutes.
Overall, a horrible experience and I do not recommend going to this pizza hut.

This Pizza Hut location has really stepped it up a notch! Pleasant staff and great food! This location is always clean and staff are very accommodating and communicative! I will definitely keep this as my neighborhood pizza place for future! Way to go Pizza Hut!

Thus far I’ve been here twice. The food is good and it is the only Pizza Hut in the area now. The lack of acknowledgment when you walk in is…disappointing. Not a welcome, not a “picking up or ordering” question. Ehh…major service failure.

This is the WORST Pizza Hut I’ve ever tried. The cheese sticks are extremely dry and you can barely bite through the pizza. It’s like they reheated old pizza and threw cupped pepperonis on top. Not to mention it wasn’t cut well enough to pull a single slice off.

Pizza was overcooked. Sloppy distribution of toppings. No extra cheese on either pizza I ordered. Gave me the wrong condiments. Overall a terrible experience. Do not order pizza from here. H.H. a few blocks north is WAY better.

Next time I’ll pay the extra $ for another marinara sauce instead of Tipping! This location is closer to my house. But I’ll stick with the location I normally go to. Spent abt $20 on food and still gotta pay for sauces. The lil wings doesnt come with ranch or anything and you only get a half filled little cup of marinara sauce for the cheese sticks.
