It has been months since we’ve ordered Poppy’s and then it was good. Ordered tonight and it is absolute garbage. The chef salad was old lettuce, chunks of tomato, 5 hard boiled eggs sliced up and cut up kraft cheese slices. No meat, no other veggies, not worth the $10.29 we were charged. The pizza is subpar to what it used to be as well. Called and asked what is on their chef salad and the guy who answered said he did not know and told hold on and then sat the phone down and after 10 minutes of waiting I finally hung up. So if you like being ripped off order from here but if not go elsewhere.

New in the area and this place is close to home been there a few times in the past two weeks and I just got to say the drive thru lady I don’t know who she is but she is always working has short hair, glasses she has very good customer service skills. She is polite, fast, friendly and does not hesitate to fix any problem. The food is excellent. I do not think I’ve had that good of pizza in a long time. I 100% recommend this place for your needs and eats. Thank you poppys and drive thru lady.

Originally the elida depot, then Poppys, and now under new management- we’ve been here for it all. When this last changeover happened, we were skeptical – service was slow, drugs, alcohol and condoms became the focal point and change is hard. Then we met Adam, and things slowly improved. Service was getting quicker, he was friendly, and he always had time to say hi to the kids.
Then Adam left. The “workers ” we’ve encountered since seem bothered when people come through. We’re very clearly interrupting phone calls (the ear buds and being able to hear the employee talking while trying to order are dead giveaways that theyre on rhe phone). The last few times I’ve gone through I’ve had to wait several minutes for someone to come out, only for them to still be on a phone call and act annoyed im there. Tonight I asked for a drink for my toddler and was told they dont have drinks for kids, even though we got one there about a week ago.
It’s just sad bc this depot used to be a friendly quick stop for families – grab what you need, say hello & get home. Now it’s clear the focus is not on families, or friendliness. We’ll plan ahead from now on and skip this drive thru.

Walked in and bought the 18” Traditional Pepperoni Parmesano and Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the customer service was amazingggg, very lovely and kind people that was the first sign that our pizza was gonna be great. Our pizza was piping hot until we got to our destination but we couldn’t help but to eat it on the way because we were so excited and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED it was definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. First off, the pizzas were HUGE, the crust had the most perfect crunch to it and the flavors were amazing, you could tell the ingredients were fresh and we were getting good cheese pulls with every slice. I’m glad to know that I have such a good quality pizza place near me. Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, etc is out Fresh Local Pizza is IN!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend good experience, good pizza, fair pricing, will definitely be going back to try more flavors!!

Yeahh… Waited a good hour or more for my food. I ordered, then drove there(10/15 minutes). Arrived was told there was an issue with pricing. Then they had to make it. Waited 40/45 minutes or so on my food. Then while waiting, there’s just a lady worker walking back and forth screaming on her phone about someone. All the while I’m just waiting here for my food. Tried to call the store to get someone’s attention, no answer. Yeah, I won’t be ordering again.

This place was GREAT under previous ownership. Unfortunately they sold to foreigners who have taken everything good about the place and tarnished it. Food is now either undercooked or just sloppily thrown together, wait times are ridiculous, and the main employee running the drive through is shady. He pretended to forget about returning my debit card, Had to ask for MY card back.
Don’t give them your business. Poppy’s is dead.

I placed an order at 11 and had to wait a 1.5 hours to get my pizzas. When I got home they got my order wrong too. I had to make my kids chicken nuggets because they put mushrooms on their pepperoni pizza. My slice was doughy and very under cooked.
They won’t be getting my money ever again. Horrible!!!!

I just ordered a pizza through Grubhub and delivered to my truck. OMG what a delicious pizza! The crust was great but the sauce was absolutely amazing!!!

Great pizza, onion rings, and bread sticks. On our first visit, we arrived to pick up our order and were told that the pizza had been overcooked and that a fresh one would be ready in five minutes. It was and they gave us both pizzas! Very ethical. Additionally, both were delicious. Highly recommend !!
